charge sheet made be false- guide me

sir,

i made complaints in police station then i got FIR, after the FIR made charge sheet as be false so kindly guide me ,how can i prove it, what steps i will take please guide me

"charge sheet as be false"??? in your case police submitted final report negative or positive.... ??? if police has submitted Final Report negative then its open for you to file protest petition in the concerning magistrate court.....

what are the facts of your case...??
