Certified court judgement copy

Appeal is pending against high court judgement in Supreme Court , Is it still possible to get certified copy of judgement of high court from high court. Is it whole case file goes to Suprem court when appeal is filed and copy of judgement of HC is to be obtained from SC.

Yes, you an apply for as many copy as you want.
The HC case records are hardly called for in supreme court.

High court will give certified copy of judgement on application.

As opined by expert Mr. Barman, even in my opinion, the entire records are not transferred to supreme court on an appeal of the case before it, hence you may apply for a copy for the impugned judgment with the high court, let them say about its availability.
