Certified copies of unmarked documents

(Querist) 26 March 2017 This query is : Resolved 
Sir, I have filed application for certified copies. But Hon'ble judge refused to allow as such documents are unmarked. Whether there is any case law regarding this.

The Honorable Court will not Rely on unmarked and unexhibited documents and Honorable Judge is Right.Refer the Case of V.K.Sasikala Vs Supdt of Police 27 sep 2012.
