Certificate of sale is valid?

SIR I HAVE PURCHASED REVENUE SITE IN BANGALORE URBAN AREA, PILLAHALLI VILLAGE, ITS REGISTERED IN SUB REGISTRAR OFFICE I HAVE PAID STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION CHARGES INSTEAD OF SALE DEED ITS MENTIONED AS CERTIFICATE OF SALE IS IT VALID DOCUMENT?,PLEASE HELP ME

Yes. Certificate of sale is issued for is valid in law. However, the sale deed will be issued after fulfilling the formalities. No legal issue is ivolved.

If the name of sale deed is mentioned as sale certificate, language / contents of the document need to be referred.

Show all document to local lawyer and discuss in detail.

Sale certificate issued by any court and DRT etc. is valid.

I have not come across any certificate of sale in lieu of sale deed, which may be valid in the state of Karnataka.
