how to request cell phone records the tower details
has anyone every got cell phone records tower details in 498a case. I had told IO , i have not visted wife place, but they filed the chargesheet, they are not able locate the accused ie me and my family.

incidence occured in dec 2010.

you will need a court order to get your wife phone call records .

in the alternative police can access your wife records during investigations

Can i request court for the same if yes, under which section.

Yes, you can get your own phone details as well, by court orders.

No company would disclose tower details w.o court orders.

However, some detectives can get the same work done for money.
