It being Pvt Mall, Their management decide it, for their safety purpose. If court Orders, they may provide if avl.

I called mall's staff they told we donot keep cctv recording for more than three months.
Incase of theft etc they keep those days backup for court/police purspose that is when they come to know within 3 months for that theft etc.

They told getting footage beofore 2013 is impossible now.
Can we submit bills of shopping of that mall?

yes mall wont keep CCTV footage for more than 3 months . you can submit bills of mall if they are relevant
