Complaint case on me Pending since may-14, I AM victim of false allegation , FR submitted in favour of me now complainant protest on FR, , I was not aware the process so after FR report, I did not received any summon so I did not presented in the court, later I have taken bail on nbw,since may 18, complainant not appearing for evidence, lawyer Doing nothing giving only date, case is related to agra, please suggest what to do now.

In the present case, the question of filing of charge-sheet do not arise as the case is now compalint case and if despite of repeated hearings, complainant do not appear, your lawyer can pray to dismiss the same for non-prosecution.

What made you to seek "bail" in a case where :-
1. You were not arrested.
2. Court did not summon you and/or take "cognizance" of the allegation(s) and
3. No case was made out in FR.

Opponent lawyer giving Application on every hearing and taking date, mylawyer not submitting case dismissed Application as Apponent is not appearing for evidence, it is not fabricated story my complaint case number is final report/36/2016 agra District court, IPC Cr PC 386, I was not arrested I applied for relieve in High Court band I got 20 days to apply surrender and apply for bail, I did not received any summoned copy ever, I got to know about the case when 2 police mandir came to my house to arrest me but I was out of station, in complaint Apponent put two allegation on me 1st I have called him and threatened him for diera consequences, for which I have showed my post paid phone bill and these charges taken off, now 2nd charge is I have sent someone to his office for rangdari Collection of 50 lakhs however I have done nothing and he has No proof, I need good lawyer who can sort out this case in a short time,actually the Apponent party running hero bike agency and cheating with people whose complaint I have filed at different Authority, later Apponent party asked me to take my complaint back, when I denied they did all this fake cases on me and till now my complaints not filed as yet against him which is Based on fact

As the cancellation report was filed in the court by concerned police and the complainant thereafter filed Protest petition against the charge-sheet so you had been summoned in the complaint case but due to non-appearance NBW might have been issued against you in which you obtained regular bail and the mater is now fixed for post summoning evidence in which the complainant is deliberately not appearing.

As the aforesaid complaint is the counterblast to the many complaints filed by you against the complainant of the present complaint before various authorities and if he is ready for the compromise then the same can be got effected even on a single day when he appears in the court and compromise can be got recorded by the court so that matter may be got ended for ever.

There are many able and competent lawyers of Agra so better you change your lawyer with either of those by making prior enquiry.

If there is no compromise chance then what would be the Alternative, How this case get closed? How do I get exemption from appearing? How can we close this case
