one thing i must tell u that there is no LL.B (tax)........in grad course of LL.B tax is an optional subject which u may or may not opt during ur degree.
however the national law schools might have a bit diff structure.
being a CA u ll be eligible to deal with Tax Matters but u ll not be allowed to appear before the court to sumbit arguments.
after completing CA u can also do LL.B, but still u ll be able to pursue just one line.
being a lawyer u can further excell in corporate laws.
so choice is urs, CA or a Lawyer both are good.

Go 4 CA first. Then LL.B.

if u want 2 practice in taxation at court level then go 4 llb. further u can complete llb in less time as compared to ca.
