Capitalisation exp to purchasing the land and building

(Querist) 09 September 2013 This query is : Resolved 
is professional fees paid for draftaing and finalisation of the conveyance deed and communication in co-ordination betwwn the buyer and seller parties amount is charged 200000/-and we have paid for the search of the property report which expensed rs 7500/-., can these expenses capilialised to the cost of purchase in Land and building?

Any property related expense can be clubbed with the cost of the property to be capitalised.
