I would greatly appreciate if you could please let me the procedure, -⁷B14steps to be taken for Cancellation of Pookuvaruva done in 2008.

Pokkuvaravu is the process of mutating the title of property, from is person to another when the property is transferred.
Step 1: Visit home page of Revenue department of Kerala. Step 2: Click on ReLIS option from the menu bar. The page will be redirected to ReLIS webpage. Step 3: In this page, select verify option to get the mutation or Pokkuvaravu details.

Yes. Pokkuvaravu is the process of mutating the title of property, from is person to another when the property is transferred. The services offered by the Revenue, Registration & Stamp; Survey Dept have been and online transfer of registry is implemented online through ReLIS system. The integrated online Pokkuvaravu system aims to complete the transfer of registry process in a time-bound manner.

POOKUVARUVA DONE FOR A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY ONLY, PART OF THE PROPERTY IS WITH US SINCE 1950'S, THEY DIDN'T CLAIM IT, SUSPECT CORRUPTION. THANKS 🙏🙏🙏

THANKS FOR THE QUICK RESPONSE APPRECIATE IT.
POOKUVARUVA CANCELLATION IS FOR THE PROPERTY IN POSSESSION OF UNCLE'S CHILDREN.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT OTHER DETAILS IS NEEDED.
MY UNCLE, GUESS RECEIVED PROPERTY IN QUESTION BY "WILL", HE RECEIVED 8 CENTS, & AFTER HIS DEMISE HIS WIFE & CHILDREN GOT THE POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY. A FEW YEAR'S DOWN THE ROAD, ONLY 7 CENTS WAS WAS POOKUVARUVA DONE. THOUGH TAXES WERE BEING PAID BY THEM UNTIL POOKUVARUVA, BUT THE POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY WAS WITH US. THAT'S ONE OF THE REASON TO SUSPECT FRAUD, & CANCELLATION

SIR, COMMON MAN HAS ONLY THE ADHARAM AND TAX RECEIPTS OF THE PROPERTY.
CANCELLATION OF THE PROPERTY'S POOKUVARUVA IS A SERIOUS ALLEGATION.
AUTHORITIES MUST INVESTIGATE THE PROPERTY, WHAT DOCUMENTS WERE PRESENTED, NEIGHBOURS INFORMED, ETC
CAN POOKUVARUVA FOR ONLY A PART OF THE
PROPERTY BE CARRIED OUT❓❓, IF TAX WAS PAID FOR THE WHOLE PROPERTY ❓❓. THANKS.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN OF SOME ALPHABET OR NUMERICAL FOLLOWING THE THANDAPAR ❓❓❓❓
EG: TH 1234 - 1, TH 1244/1. TH 1234/1-2,, ETC.
