What is the processor of cancellation of conveyance deed when both the parties are agree. Can a registered conveyance deed be cancelled before sub-registrar?

Cancellation deed is not executed in many States and in that event it shall be better to file a civil suit against the other party seeking setting aside the sale deed and then come to a compromise and get the desired results.
