dear sir,
i am NRI MY PROPERTY IN INDIA HARYANA TRESPASSED BY MY RELATIVES WITH THE HELP OF HARYNA POLICE, ON MY APPLICATION NO FIR BY POLICE TILL DATE , ONE RETIRED POLICE MAN FULLY ACTIVE, IN THIS CONSPIRENCY BEFORE I WAS ON LEAVE FROM IRAN FALSE FIR TO ME BEHEST OF THIS POLICE MAN, NO POLICE ACTION ONMY COMPLAINT> COMPLAINT DONE IN COURT, ADVOCATE CHEATED VERY BADLY NOT INFORMED COMPLAINTANT PRESENSE IS MANDATORY, FROM OTHER SOURCES COME TO KNOW , VISITED COURT ALL DATES FROM UAE AFTER TWO YEARS JUDGE ORDER US 420 , NOT APPLIED 211, 452 ETC.
NOW ALL THE ACCUSED ON BAIL AS WELL AS KEY MAN MY RELATIVE AND HIS RELATIVE RETIRED POLICE MAN, JUDGES ARE ALSO MALFUNCTIONING ON THE DAY FRAMEING OF ISSUES JUDGE DISSMISS MY CIVIL CASE IN DEFAULT THIS 420 IS ALSO A MALFUNCTIONING no 211 and 452
LOCAL ADV CHEATING I HIREED ADV FROM 250 KM PLUS > MY CURRENT ADVOCATE WANTED SUBMITT APPLICATION CANCELLATION OF BAIL OF TWO

Cancellation of bail is not so easy which is quite different from rejection of bail.Once the bail is granted the court is loath to cancel the bail unless you could show clinching proofs of misuse of bail bond like criminal intimidation, tampering with evidence etc.
The civil suit can be restored if it is dismissed for default.

if the earlier accused involved with another criminal offenses mean the cancellation of bail may be considered immediately..
apart from that as of barman sir's words its chances to cancel the bail..
