Can she ask for maintenance after divorces as per 13b

we divorced at 19-09-2015 as per mutual consent 13B
after divorced can she ask for maintenance or part in the property ????

UR wife has no right to file petition for alimony or maintenance, if she has already agreed at the time of parting ways (MCD) without claiming any alimony for the present, past and/or future, it will have to be seen from the agreement/statement made in the court. The mutual divorce is final and can not be challenge, if challenged, it would not survive.

After divorce she can not go beyond the agreed terms.

If the divorce decree was drawn upon the agreed condition for no claim in the future in this regard for alimony or child issue,then there is no reason for her to reopen the same at a later date.
