kindly let me know in execution case the judgement debitor is ex party in the case can he file a objection regarding attachment give me complete details and act under which provision

unless ex-parte order set aside by the court he cannot file any objections

yes, in a ex-parte case set aside aplication is first then objection can be filed!

The case has to be restored and then only you have the locus standi to file any objection.

kind let me know their is any authority of supreme court / high court unless exparty order setaside he cannot file a objection in the execution case
