Can I request for a GB meeting in Association

I am facing some parking problem in my apartment. Association is not allowing me to park my vehicle on my allotted space due to some internal politics. They are not even interested to discuss this in the General Meeting. I am daily facing this problem. Can i request Society to put meeting on this. As a member of society od i have that right ?

You are advised hereby to issue a legal notice in this regards to the society and take civil action by filing suit for perpetual injuction before civil court.

The police has got nothing to do with this type of civil dispute.
You have to lodge complaint to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies of your area so that he can 9nitiate proceeding against the office bearers of the Association.
