My Building Owner and there family members are filing false complaints against me iam staying in pagadi rent flat since last 25 years Dombivli West After my father death he stopped accepting rent. I filed a case in Kalyan Court and paid the rent.
But the case being civil matter the police can not help they come to my house and take me to the Vishnu Nagar Police Station Dombivli - West for inquires some time they even threaten me iam frightened. The court does issues STATUS QUO to be maintained by the Owner.
IF IAM ARRESTED AND PRESENTED IN THE KALYAN COURT CAN I BAIL MYSELF BY PAYING CASH TO THE COURT.
I HAVE NO ONE IN MY FAMILY THEY ARE ALL STAYING IN MY NATIVE PLACE.
Please answer me Please iam worried.

If you are arrested in bailable offence, then only you can be let go on personal Bond.'Else you would be sent to court where bail will have to be moved.
You can file counter criminal case on the owner.

Yes. You can definitely get bail by depositing the surity money but the question is the solution to the ongoing problem. file a contemp of court proceeding against the owner and his family.

Thank You Sir for your Reply. I have asked my advocate to follow this advice.
I just do not understand why my advocate did not give me this suggestions two months before I have given him all the photo proof of disturbance by the owner I had fitted a CC TV Camera on my door hidden.
But he remained absent from the court last two months and his subordinate was just applying for status-quo.
I WANT TO CHANGE THE ADVOCATE CAN I DO THIS WITH OUT HIS NO OBJECTION LETTER I PAYED HIM 20000/- DEPOSIT AND 2000RS PER HEARING BUT ONLY TO BUY ALL THIS ABOVE TENSIONS INITIALLY HE ASSURED ME NOT TO WORRY MONEY IS NO PROBLEM TILL I HAVE MY JOB AND IAM ALLOWED TO STAY
