The power for delegation should be given to the Power Agent by the Principal. Otherwise such a delegation by the power agent to any other person will be illegal and invalid./

The contents of GPA should be taken into consideration for replying your query. If the provision for the appointment of further agent exists in original GPA then it is permissible otherwise it is invalid.

Yes without the permission of the principal such delegation of power has no legs to stand unless later the principal by words or acts ratifies such delegation.
