Hello, I have a car from Jharkhand, which I am driving in Bangalore. I got the NOC from Jharkhand 4 years back but could not get it registered in Karnataka because my father(owner of the car) could not come to bangalore due to health reasons. Now he has come to bangalore but the penalty is too high for last 4 years. So can I get this NOC cancelled and apply for fresh NOC in jharkhand to avoid huge penalty. or I have to no way other than pay penalty and get it registered in karnataka.

your father sold you car and you are the buyer of the car . you have stated that penalty for late transfer is too high . pay the penalty and get car transferred .
we do not advise you to evade the law .
