My complaint was filed through a letter addressed to our judiciary, I received letter from state bar council secretary that complaint is filed against the opponent who is a non advocate and who practices in quasi judicial without holding any valid degree. The opponent took time to file reply to my complaint on first date but on next date the opponent gave application of there advocate taking discharge from there case and so they took further a week time to file reply. The Hon'ble secretary told me I may not need to come as they will inform me through call if any reply filed by the opponent, however it's been after 2 months passed the opponent is yet to file reply...how much time does state bar council give to opponent to file there written submission. On the contrary when state bar council has confirmed there is no name found in there records.....

I belong to OBC category and recently issued a valid OBC certificate. So I want to avail reservation benefits under that but my transfer certificate says that I belong to general. It's because I didn't have issued a caste certificate then. Now the school is saying that the transfer certificate can't be issued again. What should I do now?

Respected Sir, my uncle has purchased one property through loan. His 2 Sons are co applicant in this loan.Now my uncle has decided to sell his property. But he is not ready to give share to his sons. Since his 2 Sons are co applicant, is 2 Sons(co applicant) are eligible for their share in that property?

I got email from NHRC about registration of Case by SHRC on my complaint.
But it will take time for SHRC to act further in the matter.
Due to genuine fear of foul attack and even murder I m going to register private complaint for registration of FIR with MM Andheri East as Inspector has merely registered an NC and not FIR and want to know if I should do it and inform NHRC/SHRC or not. TIA
Please guide. TIA

Use interview se leke joining tak use uske home location se 40 km k ander joining Dene ko kha gya lekin uske kuch staff apne fayde k liye us ladke ko 80 km dur joining de rhe h .
Ab ladke ko kya karna chaiye

Hello sir i have been working with a public sector bank as head cashier from past 6 years and i got selected in state government job.
The state government didn't gave me any extension in joining and required me to join immediately and put immediate resignation in bank via email so i did accordingly and put my resignation and also in my resignation letter i mentioned that "SINCE I AM UNABLE TO SERVE THE BANK FOR 1 MONTH NOTICE PERIOD So In accordance with Service Rules Para 522 Clause 3 of Sastry Award – I UNDERTAKE TO PAY THE BANK FULL ONE MONTH’S GROSS PAY AND ALLOWANCES AS MAY BE CALCULATED BY THE BANK IN LIEU OF SERVING NOTICE PERIOD and AUTHORISE THE BANK TO DEBIT THE SAME FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT" and then on the same day of submitting my resignation i joined state government job but now my branch manager is asking me to join for some days, i have not disclosed to bank that i have been selected in state government and joined the same, i have said that i am giving resignation on personal grounds. Can bank take any action against me ?

Hi,
My friend received a gift deed from her mother with khatha certificate and extract, and the same is registered in sub registrar office, later khtaha has been transferred on my friends name few years ago, now he property has all necessary documents i.e. original khatha, khtatha transfer, e-khtatha, tax receipts, gift deed, EC, however the property doesn't have a mother deed done by the BBMP but the property details are available in the BBMP system and manual register.
Kindly help to understand if this will cause any trouble in future if she wants to sell or take loan to build.

My cousin's has two sisters and one brother. His father bought 200 sq. yards residential land in my cousin's mother's name in the year 1995 and since then the property is lying only in the name of my cousin's mother.
Recently my cousin's mother passed away.
Now, the query is : "Whether my cousin's father alone will become leagal hier of my cousin's mother's property or all the family member of my cousin i.e. my cousin's father, two sisters and one brother". If so, what would be the share of each member of the family?

"I am considering purchasing a commercial flat on the fifth floor that currently lacks BRS (Building Regularization Scheme) approval. The owner had applied for the BRS, but it was halted due to a stay order. The owner has the challans as proof of payment for the BRS application. AN IGNORANT PERSON HAS CREATED A NINE MEMBERS PUBLIC TRUST WITH ABOUT 30 OBJECTIVES ,AND WITH AUTOCRATIC POWERS AS ITS PRESIDENT , AND POWERS VESTED WITH HIM LIKE IN A PRIVATE TRUST . WITH PUBLIC DONATIONS THIS TRUST HAS PURCHASED A VACANT SITE WORTH RS ONE CRORE . SEVEN OF THE TRUSTEES SUSPECT THE ABOVE PRESIDENT AS UNTRUSTWORTHY . IN CASE OF AMENDMENT ALL THE CLAUSES HAVE TO BE REPLACED. HENCE THEY WANT TO CREATE A NEW TRUST WITH FIVE SIMILAR OBJECTS AND GET THIS PROPERTY TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW TRUST . WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TRUSTEES IN A TRUST ? IS IT BETTER TO BE RUN BY A MANAGING TRUSTEE OR BY A TEAM OF OFFICE BEARERS ? IF WITH JUST FIVE TRUSTEES HOW TO CONDUCT AN ELECTION ?
