My name is deepjot singh. I got your mail id from lawyers club india .actually I have changed my name from Deepak to deepjot. In my all documents my name has changed its Deepjot Singh. But in my educational documents its Deepak. Now I want to go abroad So problem is that I want to apply passport with the name DEEPJOT SINGH. Is it possible and will it create any problem if I apply for E PASS (employment pass) In abroad now I want to know that can its necessary to change name in certificate also? Or its possible ? sir I am very upset so kindly tell me whole process. I will be highly thankful to you for this act

Hon. Experts,
I have come across an old newspaper write-up dated 13/02/2006, citing the order of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court that:
"A probate court fee of only Rs.20/- is to be levied on the share certificate, of the value of Rs.250/-, for granting probate of property being a co-operative ownership flat."
I request the fellow experts to shed some light on authenticity of this news item.

Appeal pending FOR ORDERS ON ADMISSION & I.A. NO. 1 AN APP. FOR U/O 41 RULE 5(1)OF THE C.P.C.]
I recieced High Court notice and given reply for I.A. And I was told there is no roll of respondent on heard on admission before the court. Is it the procedure of High Court ?
Applelant given wrong and misleading statements.

dear sir i have deed of rigts given to my sister which was obtain by to fraud / misrepresentation by my sis in her favour now on baasis of deed she removed me from my house and took possession what to do now deed was registered in 2006. house was on my faters name he is no more and only mother is there

My Question Is
Our grandmother was widow. In 1960 a person apply for tenant Under Hyderabad tenancy and agriculture act 1950, and tahsildar declare "person" tenant .
tenant act is applicable on widow's land?
which base we approach in Writ Petition to the High court for Return land. she's heirs
1.tenant sold land without prior permission of DM?
2. that land use Non agriculture purpose?
3.When the widow is not a source which caused the widow's title was stripped from him.
or any other please suggest

यदि कोई व्यक्ति 482 सी0आ0पी0सी0 का प्रार्थना पत्र शपथ पत्र सहित इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट मे योजित करता है और इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट से अपने पक्ष मे कोई अन्तरिम आदेश पारित करा लेता है। और जिस तारीख को उस व्यक्ति ने इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट मे 482 सी0आ0पी0सी0 का प्रार्थना पत्र व शपथ पत्र दाखिल किया है उस तारीख को वह व्यक्ति उ0प्र0 पुलिस मे सिपाही की ट्रेनिंग पर मुरादाबाद मे था एंव उस तारीख पर उसने न तो छुटटी ली थी और न ही उसने पुलिस विभाग से बाहर जाने के लिए अनुमति ली थी। तो उसके विरूद्व क्या -क्या कार्यवाही की जा सकती है।
1. क्या हाई कोर्ट के ओदेश के विरूद्व रिकाल प्रार्थना पत्र लगाया जा सकता है अथवा नही।
2. क्या उपरोक्त प्रकरण मे 340 सी0आ0पी0सी0 का प्रार्थना पत्र योजित किया जा सकता है अथवा नही।

A friend of mine was attacked in FACEBOOK. A baseless allegation of visiting brothels and getting arrested were made. It was done as his comments were against Modi. When he demanded the retraction of statement and apology, the thread was deleted but no apology has come. He has also threatened on phone. Can a FIR filed under IT Act? The thread has been downloaded
