Dear Sir/Madam,
My land related one civil case going between me and my neighbour in the court since 2012. Recently I called him for compromise, but he asked large amount to withdraw case. I have no source to pay large amount.
My son is presently working in Singapore who comes to India for his next year marriage on 45 days leave. My neighbour is arranging some area person to file any of the criminal FIR against my son. I came to know this news recently, he is taking steps to revenge my family indirectly. So, please give your guidance the following my doubt.
1) Incase if my neighbour file criminal FIR against my son, will affect my son to leave Singapore as his usual time?
2) Can my son apply for any advance bail warrant?
3) Can Police seize my son’s passport against criminal FIR?
4) How I save my son against this fraud FIR?
5) Please provide all your helpful guidance this issues.
Thanks,

Hi,
Like many honest tax payer, i too don't have enough cash to buy a property. Though my future income is enough to get me a Home loan of Rs. 2 crore, but as most of the property sellers ask for around 45% in black money (cash), i am unable to buy any property.
I was negotiating a deal with a person, who promised me in the beginning that he will do a complete white deal and thus, register the property at its true sale value.
Now, he has changed his mind and wants to register at stamp duty, and so he wants around 45 lakhs in black.
I am furious now, and i am thinking of threatening him that if he sells it to anyone else, then i will inform the IT dept about his sale and make sure he gets penalized for the black money.
Is it a punishable offense to give such threats?
Do you think my threats will force the seller to do as i say, i.e. sell the property through white money only?

Dear Sir,
I have plot which I am planning to sell in next few month around 60 lakh. I have booked one flat of 75 lakh last month where I am going to get possession by next year end. Can I get income tax exemption on plot sale as I have bought flat recently ? or new property booking must happen only after old sale then only can claim tax benefits ?
Thanks in advance,
Bhaskar

i was persuing mtech from ------ university patiala. During same period, i got job in department of water supply and sanitation punjab and i will be joining shorly. Now my first year in mtech is complete and there are only 2 more courses in second year that i have to learn. Since i can not continue regular studies, I requested university to change my status from regular to part time student. The university officials said that there are no ongoing part time batches from this year and the older batches have already studied the 2 courses that i have to study and they refused to change my status from regular to part time. But the thing is that in academic regulations of university, it is clearly mentioned that after completion of first year, status can be changed from regular to part time.I worked hard in first year securing 93 % marks and i don't want to waste my whole degree just bcoz of 2 courses left. Should i file a case against university or i should just forget and move on?

Arbitration
I have executed one register agreement between me and land lord to purchase one flat in the 3rd floor of the land lord residence on 29.02.2012in Guwahati DC office and paid Rs.650000/-. But due to some of my personal problem want to cancel the agreement on 09.05.2012 by lawyer notice . Also it is as agreement clause no.19 which is “That in case this agreement becomes void or is cancelled, the claim of the Second party shall be limited only to the amounts paid minus the 15% cancellation charges. The Second party shall have no claims for compensation or damages or for deficiency of service. The Second party shall also have no claims whatsoever upon the building and/or the land.”But land refused to make payment after deduction . when I proceed for arbitration as per clause “That any dispute arising out of this deed shall always be mutually resolved in a spirit of good faith; in exceptional cases it will be resolved by arbitration as per law.”
My first lawyer started the arbitration with two arbitrator( one from each side)and continued for one and half year and did not approached to court to the court for umpire . Is it possible
After that my second lawyer asked me to file 420 case and consumer case. After that the arbitration should be run through court and given me number 43/2013. Is it possible
