Dear Sirs,
What is the remedy available in the following case;
1. Social discrimination by same religious & same caste people of other group of peoples/person of same religion and same caste. It is type of social boycott.
2. Not allowing to participate in social activities religious activities.
3. Not allowing worship in temples.
This discrimination has been done by a Patil of village and few of his fellow men of the village.
This Patil is getting the government pension as "Police Patil" by State of Karnataka.
Kindly let me know the legal remedy available, such as provision of CrPC or any other law provide so.

Good morning to respected Experts !!!
My Wife after filing 498A had now filed DV and Section 125 maintenance on me . My Wife is more qualified than me . She has two Graduate degrees and one Master degree (Master same as mine ) . Her Master degree details are known to me but her Graduate degrees are not known to me. My wife Is working in an MNC and they always ask for all the education details for background checks , before giving a job to the employee. My question is :
1> In order to prove that my wife is more educated than me , can I file an application under section 91 CRPC for call of records from HR department about her Education details ?
2> What all can I do in order to get the maintenance under DV and section 125 rejected?

A lady fild a maintanance and d.v act againct my clint. My defence was a lady took talaq from my clint and remarrid to other. That is my defence from begining. So i examind notry infront of whom talaq was happend and i examind moulana who had done the second merage ceramony of lady. This all prosiding was happend in maintanance prosiding. But lady didnt prodused any avidence for my second merage defence. When metter cam forargumet lady gave application for furthr evidence. Which was rejected by court. So lady fild a revison in front of sessions court. Mine whil in dv act applicant ladys evidence side was going on so aporson to whom lady was marrif second time apperd befor court and gave evidence befor cort that he has not marrid to lady. Noe applicant lady produced this evidence of porsen whom we are claimin g that she re married befor sessionce judge in revision of maintance for ging further evidence now sessionce court orderd that the evidence of that second merage person will be considerd in maitanance case. What can i do now ?

my father and my uncle are sons of my grandfather. my grandfather registered his all land to his sons i.e. my father and uncle jointly. scenerio is like that joint account holder in banks same as one farm is registered to my father and uncle jointly.
now my father and uncle seprated and they decide to devide land by mutual acceptance but when they approach revenue officer(Patwari) to devide land and provide new pass book to each individual with his part i.e. half of whole land he asked him for fifty thousand money while whole land is approx 10 hectare. i don't know it is bribe or expenses charge but revenue officer asked for fifty thousand in advance. so can any body tell me
what should i do ??
what is the exact procedure to devide land while both parties are agree??
whome office i should apply for division of land ??

Dear Sir,
In execution proceedings, a property has been attached under R-54 of O-21.
Under order 21 Rule 54 sub-section 2 of Bombay High Court amendments, copy of the order is to be sent to the collector having jurisdiction over the area where the property is, with a request to make appropriate entries showing attachment levied on the property, in the revenue records.
Now this request from the executing court has been sent on 04.08.2014. but to date no action has been taken by the collector.
I approached the collector, he says that he has forwarded the order to the respective Mamlatdar on 05.08.2014. So I went to the Mamlatdar, he says he does not know what is to be done, and he cannot do the same. I went back to the collector, he says he has forwarded the order to Mamlatdar and he cannot do anything more.
What is the recourse available to me in this circumstances to force the entries to be made as required by law??
Please help?

Hi .. I ll be grateful if I get some good suggestions in dividing the land with my brothers. The land is registered on My grand father.My father have 2 sons and his brother have 2 sons... So totally we are 4 grandsons to our grand father. In that 3 of us including me are willing to divide the land among us.. But 1 is hesitating to divide the land and delaying to divide thinking that his daughters may claim the land on his share. Is there any means to divide the land between us equally asap..
