This is Chetan Bhole from Thane. I am looking for a advise and good advocate to discuss my concerns with him and to decide whether i can put case on my employer or not. My previous company taken a wrong action across me i.e redundancy by giving completely illogical and false reason to pressurized resignation.. I need help to understand what kind of approach should i adopt to get justice..

Sir, I married a girl in may 2014. After 1 month I could know that she had an affair with married person through exchange of messages among them. But with the assurance that she will not be involved in him anymore, I excused her. But later on she started to call him and speaking hours together and more frequently. Now I don't have any evidence of conversation but I have call records. She is (8 months) pregnant also. I want to have divorce from her. So I request u to tell me that is divorce possible and if yes how will b its course. And will I get an opportunity to have DNA test of borne Baby and how.

i have doubt regarding airports authority of india recruitment notification for the post of ATC and junior executive (Electronics). in these notification eligibility criteria is mention as minimum pass percentage of marks is required as 60% but i have in B.Tech pass percentage is 59.63 and post graduation is 67.80. why discriminate candidate performance based on pass percentage marks. for govt. notification give the chance for every one for appearing written test with out restricting any pass percentage marks. how to give complaint against aai notification please tell me.

Hi LD members,
Wife has been allowed the CRPC 125 maintenance of 15000 per month, the case was applied on May but the orders was passed in Nov 15 2014.
Wife is highly qualified double masters plus currently pursuing PhD with stipend of 21000.
I want to go for appeal, the case was decided in magistrate court Mysore.
Under which section do I have to appeal the decision? And what court is it the district court or high court?

I have a plot measuring 44 ft x 34 ft and having 8 ft road. is there any provision that I can get G + 2 or three storied building plan from concerned municipality under West Bengal. Please help me as I am a Cardiac pation and wish a building for my two Sons.

Learned respected experts, in the case of maintenance, opponent husband has proved his income as, 6,000/- rupees or there is no other source of the income of the husband moreover house on which the applicant relies is mortgaged in the bank which is also not absolute property of the opponent. opponent and his father or his father are co-applicant for the purpose of the loan while loan is sanctioned on the name of the brother of opponent. Installments also paid from the account of opponents brother than, how court can image about the income of the said house on the part of the opponent. Except this there is no other evidence on the record, can court can award maintenance 3,500/- against the opponent while two year old son is also with the opponent. court has accepted his official income is 6,000/- while there is no findings about the other income that, he is also earning from the other sources. In this case what should be the amount of quantum? and how it can be count. plz reply.

i would like to know the central govt transfer laws regarding transfer on couple base. i am working in one of the central govt organisation in andhrapradesh my wife she is an karnataka state govt employee , i would like to apply for transfer to any one of the centers in karnataka on couple base .so i kindly request you to please give me the details of transfer on couple base . for getting transfer APAR of every year is an important.??? , actually my superior downgraded my APAR or CR from outstanding to very good shall it will affect on my transfer ?? .
what are the guidelines for getting transfer like work report APAR or CR

Examination of complainant in cheque case
Dear All,
Please clarify the following
In a cheque bounce case Complainant has appointed a Power Agent to represent the case before magistrate court.Further the power agent represented the case for past 4 years and filed proof affidavit on behalf of the Complainant and subsequently without any knowledge of the Power Agent,the Complainant had filed to remove the power agent and the Complainant had been representing the case thereafter on his behalf.Now the case proceedings has been at the stage of cross examination on the side of defence.
1.Whether the Original Complainant has to crossed or else the Power Agent namely PW-1 who marked documents and examined in chief have to be cross examined on the side of defence.
