Now a day’s lots of developers in Maharashtra are coming out with schemes of sale of agricultural land in small plots say 1500, 2000 or 2500 sq. fts. for residential purpose, under the representation that they have applied for the Resort NA. My questions are:-
1. What is the meaning of Resort NA. Is it different than the regular NA land?
2. Can a person who is not farmer can buy such plots from developers.
3. Do you think the sub registrar of assurances register such deals?
4. Further is such sale is allowed under Maharashtra Gunthewari Development Act, 2001 and Bombay Prevention of Fragmentation and consolidation of Holdings Act.

(Q.1)In january 2015 I have taken 80% completed flat for rent purpose from LIC HFL loan at 10.1 % interest of rs.177000Emi -19594. Emi starts from february 2015.FLAT COMPLETES FOR POSSESSION IN FEBRUARY 2015 END.CAN I ELIGIBLE FOR IT REBATES.
(Q.2) I want to construct a house for residence purpose (2nd home loan)in march 2015and applying loan from LICHFL loan of rs 1200000. Here for LIC employees lic of India is giving loan on concessional rate of interest of 5.5% from LICHFL .AM I ELIGIBLE FOR INTEREST AND PRINCIPLE REBATES FROM INCOMETAX SEC 24 and sec 80C FOR TWO HOMELOANS EMIs.WHAT ABOUT THE REGISTRATION CHARGES FOR THE FLAT.
PLEASE GIVE ME CLARIFICATION I AM IN CONFUSION THAT 2 ND HOME LOAN IS BEST OR BAD FOR THE PURPOSE OF IT.

We are three sons to a father who run a pvt. ltd. firm where me and my father are the directors, with my father having the signing authority and my two brothers are just share holders in the company.
Now, my father has passed and we are not able to manage the accounts as the signing authority belonged to my father.
some of my queries are:
a.) Is it necessary to introduce a new director in the company?
b.) what happens to my fathers shares in the company?
c.) can my other two brothers acquire/inherit directorship in the firm
on the plot that they are the deceased persons kins?
d.) what happens to the signing authority? can i get it tranferred to
my name? what is the procedure?

SIR, I WAS ACQUITTED ALONG WITH MY FAMILY MEMBERS IN 498A/406 CASE BY JMIC IN SEP 2013. AFTER 77 DAYS MY WIFE FILEED APPEAL BEFORE SESSION UNDER 372 CRPC WHICH WAS FILLED LATE AS PER LIMITATION ACT.( 60 DAYS AS DIRECTED BY PUNJAB AND HARYANA HIGH COURT IN AFULL BENCH JUDGEMENT TATA STEELS VS ATMA RAM TUBES CASE) WHEN AFTER 9MONTHS IT COME FOR FINAL ARGUMENT IT WAS DISCLOSED BEFORE THE COURT BY MY LAWYERS THAT NO CON DONATION APPLICATION HAS BEEN FILLED, COURT GIVE 10 DAYS TO SHOW THAT CON DONATION CAN BE FILLED AT THIS STAGE BUT AT NEXT DATE NO ONE APPEAR BEFORE THE COURT SO ADJ DISMISSED THE CASE IN DEFAULT. NOW THE DIVORCE PETITION IN HIGH COURT HAS BEEN COME FOR FINAL ARGUMENT. WE PLACE ALL CRIMINAL JUDGMENT BEFORE THE HON JUSTICE VIA CM MY IN FAO-M CASE. NOW MY QUESTION CAN OTHER PARTY FILE REVISION OR APPEAL AGAINST THE ORDER OF SESSION, THOUGH MORE THAN 4 MONTHS HAS BEEN PASSED. IF YES UNDER WHAT SECTION OF CRPC?
IS THEY HAVE TO FILE CONDONATION BEFORE THIS APPEAL/REVISION BEFORE HIGH COURT?

my wife has completed her LLB and she is doing LLM from akola. she also doing practice with one senior advocate.
How can i prove that she has completed LLB and doing LLM by documents. I came to know that she has file for 'Sanad' also before 4-6 months.
how can i prove that she is now lawyer and not required maintenance. (She live in other state)

I am to BUY a MUSICAL INSTRUMENT. this COSTS about 18,500/- if buoght ONLINE ; but I doubt whether this can give me LEGAL OWNERSHIP for the article ? The INVOICE sent along with the article is usually "COMPUTER GENERATED" and at the bottom there a remark saying "This is a computer generated Invoice and Signature is not required. Will somebody give me a clear idea whether such an INVOICE gives me a LEGAL OWNERSHIP for the article ? Please reply . Thanks .--- Dr.JOSHI. 30-01-'15

I have been accused in a FIR by the opposite party that 'While traveling at night at around 12:30 AM, my small vehicle which I was driving negligently and at a fast speed and collided with their vehicle which was on right side of the road. The vehicle of complainant was a dumper and was carrying a business assignment. My vehicle was a small four wheeler.
In the witness the driver and the owner of vehicle who was in the dumper accused me that I was driving rashly and because of the I have run over seven bulls sleeping on the national highway and then collided with them.
They have also accused that I might have been drunk. Although no such proofs exist. After the accident, my vehicle which was damaged was however in its right side of the road. And I was taken to a nearby hospital to attend my minor injuries like bleeding from nose and mouth and I wasnot there on the spot when police arrived.
How much punishment I can get from this case or will I ever get acquitted? Does the witnesses of the other vehicle count?
