You are aware a feature film by the name Bajrangi Bhaijaan is releasing today produced by Salman Khan.
I Have already produced a film in Video with the title "Bajrangi Bhaijan yahan per hai" with totally different character, different duration, different story. It will be telecast on youtube not in the cinema. Can i Do it.

Hi All,
I stay in Mumbai and have 3ekar land at Ratnagiri on my Grandma Name and her 3 Daughters. One daughter is my mom. It means there are 4 legal heirs for that lands (three daughters and their mummy which is my Grandma) All we are staying in Mumbai.
And from my childhood I am staying with my Grandma, Infact, I am taking care of her for each and everything. Now, She willingly ready to transfer that land property on my name.
How is that possible?
Do I want to make Gift Deed or Will Certificate?
If gift Deed then it should be a Notary or Registered, Which one is the best?
Or which one is the better? Gift Deed or Will Certificate?

Dear Expert,
Please guide me about chances of getting anticipatory bail under section 402 & 399. We have filed bail application on 18th of July and since then 2 arguments have happened but judge has not granted bail and another date for argument has been given.
Out of 5 people arrested by police on 15.June.15 against same FIR, one person has been granted bail today 17.07.2015. Now what are the chances for other four persons?
Is there any law which says that if out 5 people, anyone get bail then rest of the people will also be granted bail?

I m living separately from my wife for 8 years now. Can i get divorce on this basis. She is not ready to give me divorce.
Also how can i remove her name from my passport.
Pls advice.

Q)2 yrs back i had filed divorce case and my wife filed domestic voilence .my wife filed transfer petition in supreme court for transfer of divorce case from jammu to punjab. case was referred to mediation cell of supreme court. where as mediation failed but still justice singhvi called both the parties in his chamber for last chance. there compromise was done between me and my wife. after living 2 yrs with me she again started troubling me and left me. now my wife and her family is spreading wrong message in society that supreme court had order husband to pay 45 lakhs or took her back . i want to know is there any such power of supreme court .can any court/judge order husband to pay huge amount or take wife back with him

When criminal proceedings in a criminal case is stayed by high court will the proceedings in the trial court be stayed w.r.t. warrants issued. Will accused be detained to custody when proceedings are stayed or will bail be granted by the trial court.
