My name is showing in satbara but no sale deed is registered

Dear experts,
My name is showing in satbara but no sale deed is registered.
Actually that land is purchased in 1982 by my father who is died in 1996.
My father never visited that Agricultural plot.
He just send money to a person who cheated with him saying that we all are purchasing 10 acre land in 115 persons equal sharing basis on our registered co operative housing society's name.
There is no sale deed but name was registered in the satbara of my deceased father.
I had seen the "fer" by which my father name showing in satbara.
That fer saying that the saler is given the application to tehsildar that remaining area of land be separated from the land he sold to us.
And our name is there in the 115 persons in that 'fer'.
Just 4-5 persons like me having no sale deed but remaing all are have.
And 4-5 persons are there who are not registered in satbara but having name in sale deed.
Now the situation is my name as a heir is registered in satbara by giving application and death certificate of my deceased father and currently showing in the satbara.
But some members in our land saying me that you are not legal owner as you are cheated by the person by saying that we have a housing cooperative society.
And that person is also agreed that no housing society is there.
Currently No possession is there on land.
Please tell me am i real owner of land ?

New employer delaying date of joining after i have quit my old job

Hi,

I am currently working in an MNC in IT industry. I was offered a job in another MNC, and after receiving Offer Letter from the new company and confirmation mail regarding my date of joining I had resigned in my old company. Now, only 3 days are left for joining, and the new employer is telling me that my joining will be delayed by 2-3 months. I am staying outside my hometown, and I have to support my family also. So, not getting 2-3 months salary is really a big trouble for me. I had resigned in my previous company only after getting confirmation mail from the new employer. This financial crisis which I am going through is only due to this unethical step of the new employer. Can I take any legal step against this new employer? Please advise.

Possession u/s 379 ipc

Respected Sir,

1. It is necessary to prove the possession of the articles (which are alleged to be stolen by the accused) with the complainant before the offence?

2. In case of jewelry, movable goods etc. by what means (i.e. bills, invoices etc.) the possession can be proved and which are the specified means?

3. Is there any specific rulings of Hon'ble Apex Court with regard to issues mentioned above?

Heirship or succession

I am the only child in my family and my parents passed away few years back.

I possess a property at Chembur, Mumbai and the property is worth 1.5 crore.

The property is 50% in my name and the rest 50% in my mother's name.

What shall I do? Shall I apply for Heirship or Succession Certificate?

If Heirship, where? and if Succession Certificate, where?

I believe these two have different meanings in law and I would like to know which would apply to my case?

Regards
Raju

Termination

I am working for an insurance company (Public ltd company) as a sales manager. Where my job role is to handle the distributors, Brokers of Insurance and some partners and get the business from them and process that in my company. and also what ever the documents for policy issuance the brokers are giving i have to check and signed as original seen and verified as that is the rule in my company.

As a partner had given a bank statement and stated that this is original i signed on the document by stating that i have originally seen and verified.

After 15days my company proved that the bank statement has forged and my signature was on there. So company has issued a notice against my name.

I am not thinking that i made any mistake as what ever the documents submitted by the partner/Distributors i have signed on that.

Again as per my company risk parameter laws for the first time i should get the warning letter but not the termination.

If i will get the termination , then shall i do something legally?

can you please suggest me?

Health care power of attorney by proxy

In a document like a will, if it is possible to note the untreatable but long morbidity state as a condition to deny medical care and because the person may not be in a position to deny because of his clinical state, could he mention the name of a person who will have the power of attorney (ProxY) to deny therapy based on the will statement.
