My CRA,against the order rejecting appl. for 9A of CPC and O7 Rule 11 by the subordinate court, is also rejected by the High court without following provision of law and misinterpretation of Apex court judgement.
What is the remedy for me? may I go for writ under article 227 since there is no remedy in CPC against the rejection of CRA n CPC.Plz advise with ctation if any.

As I mentioned earlier, I possess a flat at Chembur, Mumbai which is 50% in my name and 50% in my mother's name.
Unfortunately, my parents have passed away and I am the only child of my family. The property is worth 1.5 CR.
When I approached few Advocates, one Advocate advised me to obtain Legal Heir Certificate from Tehsildar while the second Advocate advised me to obtain Succession Certificate from the High Court as the property is more than 1 CR. and Tehsildars have stopped issuing Heirship Certificate whereas the third Advocate advised me to obtain LOA from the High Court.
I am confused as to what should I do and which Advocate should I approach for my case.
Can someone guide me the difference between Legal Heirship Certificate, Succession Certificate and Letter of Administration (LOA)?

Hello Sir,
I left company in pune year back with proper resignation process. Even I served extended notice period. I have received all the documents( offer letter,experience letter, resignation letter etc ) from the company.
It's been one year , I did not received
full & final settlement from company. I sent many mails to them, But there reply is "full & final settlement" will take couple of months. They are not commiting
to particular date
Actually company is following this practice with many ex employees. They are taking very long time 2-3 years for the F&F , but I cant wait for 1-2 years more .
Please suggest what can be done for this.

I have deleted my name from electoral roll of present address and don't have a voter card. Will it be a problem when police verification is carried out for my government job? Will they ask for Voter Card? Please explain in details.

Is having Physical Relationship (between two individuals, than husband wife)inside a hotel Room Commercial Lodge is punishable offence? Under What grounds? Can the police officers arrest for the same?

Respected Sir,
I want to ask a question regarding bank compensation.
As all aware that the Banks are not responsible for any locker as the relationship with banks and consumer are Tenant and lower. The bank never know what type of documents, ornament jewellery etc. are kept in the locker. But when a bank triggering panic by robber or thieves then what type of compensation is to be given to the consumers who are suffered due to loss/harm. Kindly clearify how a bank compensate the consumer in case of robbery or loss. If possible kindly provide RBI guidelines/instrcutions regarding this.

In the year 2010, I purchased a property. The seller was one of my friends who told me that his property is free from any loan etc.
He executed sale deed in my favour in the year 2010.
Later on i came to know that the property is still under mortgage with the bank.
Since then he is making fool of me that he will soon pay the outstanding amount to the Bank but till date he has not done it.
Now, i want to bring this matter to police and court.
I just want to know whether i can go the police to register FIR as the matter is 5 years old.
How will i justify that for the last 5 years, i did not make any complaint.

Court has passed a judgement and decree in favor of the husband/petitioner in petition under restitution of conjugal rights. Court also pleased to furnish the certified copies of judgement and decree. In spite of decree, the wife/respondent neither has joined the petitioner respecting the decree nor has preferred any appeal. Appeal time also lapsed.
What next to the decree sir? Thank you one and all!

Road entry from my land
Our land is touching hill side road. It is almost rectangular in size and is around 600 meters long along the hill. So it is blocking entry to the farms touching other side of my land. Since last 30 years we have allowed other farmers to use a 3 feet wide road which go across our land. My question is , Can other farmers legally demand for more wide entry road (free of cost) across my land. (Wide enough for a Truck) as they do not have any other entry road to there farms.
