Hello Sir/ Madam,
We have recently purchased 2BHK flat with our savings.
While we purchased we were advised we can extend our dey balcony, since OC has passed.
When we started our civil work society took objection on same and are now asking us to take written permission from BMC
Hence pls advise on below points:
1) Now since its OC is passed do we really need any further permission to extend our balcony
2) If so then what is the furthe procedure!
Pls help since our flat is on 2nd floor and it has lots of RCC beam in the flats due to which it has become impossible for us to make any proper furniture
And this flat which is 2BHK is 480 sqft excluding dry balcony, which is too small.
Pls help!

I am working for an IT company and I sent my resignation letter withing 15 days as they employer was asking for bond for each project (e.g if I'm going for a 6 months project, I need to sign 1 year bond). But as they processed my visa to Nigeria, I accepted to go there and finish the first phase.
As per the company hand book, notice period in probational period is one month. But CEO said they we will not relieve you when you are in project that is our policy (not written in document).
After one month I came back to India and asked them to relieve, but after a long discussion they asked me to do KT. I spent one more month there (so total 2 months).
They holded my 2 months salary and my 17 days onsite perdiem (When I was in onsite they were not paying me salary and stopped my perdiem also).
Then I completed all relieving formalities and said my fnf will be done after 45 days. After a month I got my relieving letter also.
As there was no income (I had no offer in my hand when I relieved) I asked them for salary immediately after 45 days. But they asked me to wait 45 working days. I requested them to release at-least my perdiem as I don't have money to pay my emi's and rent, but they didn't hear.
After 45 days again I contacted them (contact means I sent may mails they wont reply, hardly I got two reply for 20 mails. HR attends the call and says within 5 minutes he will call back and after that he will not reply). Then he asked me to wait two more week. Now again he is not responding to my mail and calls.
Questions
1. Do they have right to hold my two months salary when they mention in their handbook that the notice period is one month?
2. Do they have right to hold my perdiem when I am away from my home country?
3. What shall I do when they are not completing my FNF? They are threatening that they will give bad feedback when new employer call...

I am residing In a colony at Jaipur.land of the colony is aquired by govt. And high court given The stay order for construction with out the regularization by authorities.my front side neighbour is doing the third floor construction.i filled the complaint to the govt.authorities what else legal action can I take

I have a question regarding the Property Distribution. I belong to a Hindu Family from the State of Bihar. The property in question is registered in the name of my Grandmother. My Grandmother has died and now years later to that my Grandfather is dividing the property among my father and uncles. My father has 3 brothers and a sister of which one brother is not sane. He is mentally unstable. My Grandfather states that he will be dividing the property in 5 parts out of which 4 goes to each brothers and one for himself. I am not sure if my aunt (father's sister) is interested in the property. I have to consider that she is not interested as she is already married and she is well off.
Please tell me if the property is in the name of my Grandmother, is my Grandfather entitled to do the distribution?
How many parts the property should actually be divided in? (as one brother is insane)

Dear Experts,
I am fighting a DV case since 2009. My C.A. ( MBA+ charterd account) wife by all the possible misuse of law has extended the matter till date and harassing me. Meanwhile she had got order for Rent Rs. 7000 and mntc Rs. 7500 since 2010 showing unemployed. In 2012, I have found out that she is working with well known institute NIBM in Pune from 2011 at Fellowship 20000 per month having flat accommodation at rent mere Rs. 150. However kept extracting money from me. I had applied application under 125 and asked my money back from 2011. However again with reason of non payment of arrears she dragged case till High Cor. High Cort ordered me to pay partial money and directed lower Cort to finalize case in 3month along with 125 application.
1. Would I get my money back if prove her income and accommodation ?
( In Parallel, Family Cort granted clean Divorce under Cruelty without any cost or Maintenance).

I was on my way to Ranthambore in my car with my wife when in Dausa a bike trying to overtake from the wrong side hit my vehicle head on and the individual got injured in his head. He was not wearing helmet at that time. I called up the ambulance and his brother and he was sent to hospital. After that i left the location and went to jaipur where i got my vehicle repaired. I did not file any case in police station as i did not want to get into any sort of legal complications. This accident happened on 4th june 2015. Now after more than two months i have come to know that a case has been filed against me under IPC sec 279, 337, 338. The police states that the case has been directly filed in the court. My number plate which had fallen down when the accident took place is an evidence that they have produced against me. I am an army officer posted in J&K and i want to know what are the options available with me. For sure the other party will be more than happy to settle the case outside and extract some money out of me.

Now, What amount of Stamp Duty Mr. A is Required to Pay on the execution of the Supplemental Deed if the Agreement is made between the Parties in the State of Gujarat? What is the Minimum Stamp Duty which is Required to be Paid by the Partners on Supplemental Deed of Partnership executed in the State of Gujarat.

Sir,
1. My wife living separately from me for last three years.
2. She file maintenance case against me u/s 125 CRPC. The case is pending.
3. I file RCR u/s 9 of HMA.
4. As she did not return I withdraw RCR case.
5. My wife don't want mututal divorce and one time alimony. She want maintenance as monthly salary without any service.
My advocate advise me to file
a) Divorce case on the ground of desertion and cruelty.
b) Apply for onetime lump sum alimony u/s 25 of HMA.
Can I apply for onetime lump sum alimony u/s 25 of HMA?
My gross pay is Rs. 40,000. What may be onetime alimony amount?
