Helo sir/ madam,
I wanna buy a farm house in Delhi.
But I came to know that there is some issue with its mutation.
It is still pending.
I wanna make a check what is the issue.
The seller has assured me that there is no serious issue and I should give the bayana and due course before the date of final payment , everything will be cleared.
But I wanna everything before bayana.
The record is not available on-line, I have checked.
My questions---
1) Can I go myself to the DC/ SDM office and make a check?
Will the officials allow me to do so, as legally I am a nobody in this case?
2) Can anyone make a check in any pending court case?
Kindly reply, will be thankful.

I have submitted my pf withdrawal form on 24.2.2015 to allied digital office pune .
My pf no mh/ban/43628/006044
I have not received the claimed money and also there is no response from the allied digital services limited office pune.
My resign date is 31May 2012.
please give me suggestion

I am doctor ,gynecologist and I can see so many abortions are taking place in unauthorized places for female feticide.I am having so many case papers of patients who have done their sex determination and want get rid of female fetus.If I wrote to appropriate authority about this matter ,nobody is interested .Then why this law has been made? Is there any rule or regulation which will punish the authorities for not giving attention towards this issue.About one crores daughters are missing in india every year.

Myself & My Father and brother already facing trial u/s 498A, 406 and 506.
Now, my wife has filed Crpc 319 against my younger brother who is U.S citizen now and residing there. At time of my marriage, he used to live in India but was studying/residing at Banglore (Different city from mine) and went to U.S from there on Job basis.
I haven't taken copy of Crpc 319 application as of now. Please let me know that whether I should take copy of that or tell them to sent it to my younger brother directly to U.S.
Please suggest what is the best way to safeguard him. Thanks

where the despencing service by committee who is appointed pricipal of institution run by society. under contract bases. later conformed and assened new job not related to his qualification. can specif relief act attracs to re instate has he is management staff.he has been refused acept new assinement.

Dear Experts, Husband ready to pay rent on behalf of wife and ready to arrange accommodation in same area where husband is living but wife not agreeing for same.wife is insisting to stay where husband is staying.judge is asking husband to let wife stay with him at his place but husband is denying.divorce petition filed by husband
How maintenance is calculated please give your opinion on both the issues

Normally when client goes to court for his selecting his advocate for case, how to find practising lawyer in particular area of field like civil, criminal and Labour cases. Normally advocate do not refuse for any cases to fight for, but how to get right services of advocate, is there any way so that client can go for better services of advocate for his case where advocate is practising particular cases. Please advice.

I have complaint against patwari and given written complaint to DC , but get no response, then I have written to newspaper reporter for his help. Is this legal. Will administration take action against me if share information of complaint with them. Tell me.

I inherited property from father after death, along with our mother .whether this should be called as ancestral for mother if not whatshould it be called?.property was self acquired by father.whether for me as son this is ancestral and we can sell the same though we have our children too.can our children object to sale..in any way

Re-application for mutation of a land?
Helo Respected Sir/Madam,
As I am interesting in buying a piece of agriculture land in Delhi.
The ownership documents of this property are clear.
But its Mutation was spending.
The owner applied for the Mutation but due to some serious illness could not pursue his case.
The case got declined somehow.
Now he is okay. Can he re-apply for Mutation?
