Sir I have land in village Kathgarh the jalalabad West distt fazilka punjab falling in lal dora but I got it registered by way of transfer of property by my father I want to avail home loan from pnb as I mentioned serving in this bank but bank manager refused to advance me a loan. Kindly guide me

1.Can a Supreme Court order perceived to be affecting adversely numerous subordinate legislations namely state rent control laws be asked to be set aside under Art 32?
2.Can the person affected directly in the first instance by the impugned supreme court order have the locus standi to move this application under Art.32?

Hi,
Can someone explain the handover process + documents that the builder has to provide/follow in setting up an apartment association.
I am from Bangalore so I wanted to understand which Act and legal documents/ checklist of documents and process to be followed for setting up the byelaws and others.

We have filed a suit for permanent injunction.
During the sale of property by our neighbour,in the boundary declared by our neighbor, they have mentioned that we are in possession of the property. The Sale deed is registered
Can we submit this as a document for proving our possession.
We are also filing few other documents like Electricity card, Voter'id.

a product is manufacture by other person in Europe country, and same has given rights to sale a particular product only, and it is trading by some other company in India using their own logo, is it authorize to use trading company can use there own logo, or there is prior permission is require. if not authorize, than where to make complain for the same in MUMBAI (Tomasetto cng kit SELLING IN INDIA WITH LOGO CERTIFIED CNG AS A BRAND PRODUCT OF THE CO. I have registered my Will in a foreign country where I live & after my demise, the Executor will arrange grant of probate of my will there. However, since my will includes some assets in India also does executor have to take another will probate in India also?

The guy is Christian and the girl is Hindu as it turned out. Guy is having issues from the girl and her family. The girl has left the guy and is living with her parents for a year now. She is not giving divorce either. The girl's family suppressed the fact of her conversion to Hinduism and got her married to the guy saying that she is a Christian
They haven't registered the marriage as the girl didn't want to register it. The marriage solemnized without any formal procedure of Christianity or Hinduism. They have lived together for 2 years.
Can this suppression of fact be a ground for annulling the marriage?
If yes, in which Marriage act the guy should file the case?

Procedure
A writ was filed under Art.226 before a single judge and the same was dismissed against a settled law.
If I go for a review and get dismissed again, can I go for an appeal under 227 before bench or I will have recourse only under 32 before the Supreme court alone?
Please advise me whether to go for review or appeal.
