Hi,
I am working for a Software Company. Now I am serving my notice period, its for 3 months. I work on a project which was supposed to delivered in three months. The company knows that is nit possible to delivered. They ignored our team estimation and gave theirs. Now my releaving date is nearing. The company is threathening that they won't releave me on time and give a negative feedback against me. So decided to work on weekends to complete the work. Because of the improper planning in the initial from one of the manager still the work is pending. Now my personal life is been disturbed. Agian they have started to threathen.
Can you suggest what to do?
Are there any laws to support me?

am Hindu married with no parents on 30-05-2010 as per Hindu rituals and after two months of marriage I came to now that My wife as an affair with his classmate by seeing her mobile SMS. And I have approached their along with my Uncle with touch my feet and said it will not repeat again. We will talk to them and it will happened. Last week end Saturday i have came to know that she is maintain-in separate bank Account and the guy with whom i wife has an affair is transforming huge funds to my wife account. i am scared to his those funds. As I am having property worth 1 Crore no other blood relatives are thier i am assumption they are planning to Kill for the property. I dont have any other proofs to prove thier relationship a part of original SBI bank book.
So some one should suggest me how can i move furthere to prove they are guilty can i approach court to get divorce showing only proof i have? I am having sleepless nights.

Sir, I have one query about ancestral property.Detail are as follows My grandfather has 3 sons and two sister. My grandfather and his brother got the property from his fahter
1.My grandfather got one property from his father .my grandfather has borrowed some money from some one.he was unable to pay it so second party file the case.
2.In 1971 through court decree there was auction of property and nobody took part on this only my uncle(tau g elder son) and as i know he paid the amount with interest but he transferred this property to his wife's name (x d/o y)
3.we didn't know that he is managing the property as he was there and my father was doing govt. job else where
4.Now he got retirement in 2009 and ask him for property he is still making fool all of us.
5. but when we saw the record in nagarpalika that property has been transferred to my (tai g) aunti name. he is ignoring us Now my question is that A.Was the decree legally right as it is transferred to family member name? B. Could my grandfather transferred whole property to anyone as it was the ancestral property (Note: my father and other all are major at the time of decree) C. Can we file a case for this fraud after 40 years as we were not aware of that D. Is there any time limit to file a case E.If it is possible file the case than should be include their sister as a party (As it is ancestral Property) F.What we need to file case and what are the chances to win.

Dear fellow Friends,
By RBI circular dated 3.5.2000, the third party payment for export was not allowed. Thereafter RBI by Circular No. 70 dated 8.11.2013 allowed payment from/to third party importer/exporter.
Export made in F.Y.2012-2013 and payment received from third party. Now queries are as:
Whether an exporter be eligible for export benefits for the exports made during the F.Y. 2012-2013 and part of export proceeds received from the Third party?
Do approval vide RBI Circular No.70 dated 8.11.2013 allowing receipt of part/full payment from third Party enable the exporter to retain the previously availed export benefits?
Seek your valuable advice.

Surprising facts noticed now
The dy registrar, Election commissioner and Administrator at the PPL society carelessly or deliberately allowed 5 persons out of total 21 candidates to contest election of PPL society who are not members of the society. The names of non - members contested PPL election are: as follows.(names not disclosed)
Out of 5 non - members 3 have been elevated to the managing committee of PPL. Is it legal or justified?
Will it not create problem when someone challenges authority of the managing committee? Pls think. ACCORDINGLY PLEASE SUGGEST WHTA ACTION WE CAN TAKE IN THE MATTER TO ESTABLISH THAT THE LECTIONS HELD IS ILLIGAL. ANIL

A victim of domestic violence (sexual harassment)file an FIR with the help of an new NGO in 2010, no further development and the victim got married with someone else and gone not known to the NGO and now 23 Sep.,2015 a summon has been received asking the victim to appear. what is to be done?

Sir my age is 28.these past years my community was reddiyar .its belongs to forwarded community . in my all school certificates and community certificates are printed like that. now I found an one court case file 1942 case was fuled about land issue in that file our old grandfather name was Rama reddy and his father name is vengitu reddy.thus is known to me by my father.then now I showed this proof to thasildar and get new community certificate as a reddy its belongs to backward class.I'm trying government jobs but my tc and community. certificate s community is different .what to do now where have I to register?or proo it when an enquiry will come . or can get gazatte certificate for it? so help me plz

The court has passed interim maintenance orders in my favour after 5 months of filing a domestic violence case. Now my husband says he will appeal against it. I want to know; 1. What should be my action so that the monthly amount reaches me regularly.2. Do I need to give an application for 'execution orders'?
