my parents has 2 sons and 1 daughter. My father belongs to BC category and my mother belongs to SC category. The house that we are now residing is my grand father(dad's father) property. In that house We builded a home in first floor with my parents own money. My father has 2 elder brothers and one younger brother. My father brothers did't likes that we are in residing in that home. Because of caste of my mother. They talking vulgarly about caste of my mother also they telling if my mom residing in that home no one marry his sons and daughters and also they are not giving drinking water to my family coming from that home. We are taking drinking water outside of that house till now. Also they talking vulgarly about caste of my mother to the peoples residing near to our house. They also told to my father to kill ur wife and childrens then they make a marriage with another women. My father scolded his brothers and moved to our home and told about that matter to my mom. In 2013 my father younger brother made a forgery document to change that property to his name and got sign and thumb impression from my grand father without his knowledge. In 2014 my grandfather got expired. Then brothers of my father demanding our family to go out from that home. They told that house is his property. My father filed a suit valuation act against his brothers. Also they torturing our family by arranging rowdies and local peoples to send out from that home. My mom affects physically and mentally. We dont have safety to staying at that home. This all matters done only because of caste of my mother. We dont know where to complaint about this untouchability matter. Please give advice that where to give complaint. There is any commissions or organisations to deal this matter? Pls help me.

Dear Sir, A girl is harassing my friend to marry her immediately because both of them were in live in relationship for 2-3 months in the year 2015. They estabilished physical relationship with mutual consent and now she is threatning my friend and his family that she will file a complaint of rape charges if boy doesn't marry her. In such case what he should do to avoid marriage. Now girl family is also pressurising for marriage. It also came to our notice that girl also had the affairs with other guys when my friend was in relationship with her. Please suggest what to do in such case to avoid the marriage. The girl is characterless, she lives alone away from his parents. She may have sexual encounters with other guys also. My friend life is spoiled he lost his job because of depression and torture. Please suggest

mera return timely deposit hai uske baad bhi mujhe ek notice received hua tha return submit nhi hai ka jiska jawab maine department ko de diya tha uske baad bhi mujhe ex-party order u/s 54(1)(1b) mila hai is related jb main Asstt commissioner se mila to unhone mujhse kaha ki u/s 31 me application dene ko .... So plz u/s 31 me kya application dena hai mujhe suggest kre agar iska format ho to plz provide karaye...

One flat was auctioned by Allahabad Bank for which I was declared the highest bidder. It was undestood that Allahabad Bank being a Financial Institution would have been auctioning the said property having a perfect and marketable title. However Allahabad Bank has auctioned the property having no perfect and marketable title as one Agreement for Sale of same flat was already registered by the defaulter prior to taking the loan from the said bank. As the Agreement for Sale is registered and as per terms & conditions of said agreement, the validity period of the agreement will automatically extend for the period till the possession of said is given to purchaser.
Allahabad Bank is not taking any cognizance of that registered Agreement for Sale. But the said purchaser based on registered agreement for sale may file case as the Bank cannot give clear title of the property.
May please advise on the validity of registered Agreement for Sale and authorisation of Bank to issue clear title of property.
