Dear sir , I am Krishna fetching you about my query as "my father gave a farm to a person for amount of 100000 (1lac) rupees five years ago ,let me tell you hasn't sold the farm only for farming on land ,whenever's my father returns 1lac to him The farms income to us again. At the time of leasing the farm he wrote a stamp paper on which there is a 2 witnesses signatures, now my father going to returning his amount of 1 lac to him he is now showing a stamp paper on which the amount as 1.5 lac and one there is no any witnesses on this fake stamp paper. And one thing there were no any talking of any interests on 1lac rupees.,though what we do now? And that stamp paper on which 1.5 lac written is it problem to us ?

We live in a flat, the whole house has 6 flatowners. Some other flatowner had some repair work and consulted a contractor. This guy is a rough one and abused my wife for nothing. Therefore, when some repair work for the whole building came up, we naturally suggested that some other guy has to be recruited for the job. But there are two rogue flat owners who who bullied others that that same person is to be recruited for the job .
We naturally did not attend the meeting and send a message that we will not pay. Later, we learned that the same person was assigned the contract and the rogue flat owners told the other flat owners that Dr. Dutta won't have to pay, we will pay ourselves. They did not seek our approval and went for the job, while we were away in Vellore for my wife's operation, and insted of paying the whole bill themdelves, handed over an inflated bill to me as my contributions. When I said that I will not pay, they pasted a notice all over the building and outside of the main gate writing that I am not paying any dues (which is inflated) , and totalling Rs 10000.00, of which Rs.5000 is supposed to be this months special contribution for god knows what.
The bill also included my monthly contributions of common electric bill which they refused to accept from November,2015, and my first months contributions is still lying with one of the flat owners.
Clearly, they are trying to defame us in the community and torturing us mentally. I am a retired person and a coronary artery bypass patient and my wife is a cancer patient, so please inform us about our further steps to be taken. Please send your opinion urgently.

This b kumars, working as a tech. I joined railway in febuary, 2013. I applied for this post both railway SERly ERly in Dec, 2012 asper adv. minimum qualification M.P. and I.T.I. My H.S. was completed in 2008 but unfortunately I didn't mentioned in in my application form. I had been selected first Southeast Rly 2013. At the time of Attestation and document very vacation I had closed HS certificate and P.V.R the H.S. certificate . I had been farther selected Eastern railway at same post . I had took technical resignation and joined Erly2015 . but at the time of (E.RLY) attestation I informed about my H.S .they ignored . When I got the job, my dealing clerk didn't add my H.S. qualification in my service record as I did not mentioned it in my application form. Now please suggest me how can I add my H.s. qualification in my service record. What should I do?
.my service continuing from S,E.rly to Erly. My service book will come from Southeastern rly to ERly .i applied W.P.O for adding H.s. certificate but ignore to revived to accepted my request letter. . eastern rail way sent farther P.V.R. M.P. and iti can it problem P.V.R. without H.S.. Shall i be punished suppressed fact .how I add my h.s. or how mercy for my mistake .my dealer always threat about disciplinary action.
please give suggestion to save this problem . i am a55% disable person

I have a tenanted room in chawal of MHADA in Mumbai. I have only rent receipt of the said property which is on my father name and father is now died due to cardiac arrest. Now we have shifted into another house and decided to give said room on leave and license basis. My query is can it be given on leave and license basis ? can a licensee claim tenananment right over the said room..?

A candidate had been debarred form a university for a certain period. later he completed the degree. and took master degree too. does this makes him unfit for the government job? There is a question in attestation form "Have you ever been debarred from any Examination or restricted by any University or any other educational authority / institution ?" what should we answer here?

I am currently working as a LDC in BORDER ROADS ORGANISATION FOR LAST SEVEN YEARS. DUE TO LACK OFPROMOTION. I APPLIED FOR A GROUPB POST IN OTHER DEPARTMENT THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL BUT MYDEPARTMENT TURNDOWN MY APPLICATION GIVING REASONS THATTHEY HAVE SHORTAGE OF CLERICAL STAFF BUT NOW A DAYS. THEY ARE FILLING VACANCIES THROUGH SSC AND STILL THEY ARE NOT GIVING PERMISSION TO US FOR APPLYING INOTHER DEPARTMENTS. PLZ ADVICE ME

My married date is 25/3/15 my wife is left me at 10/6/15 because she want royal life. But I can't do for her at my situation. Now she is living her mother house, I filled against case a section 9 case will be a 20/2/16. And she is studying bcom 2nd year. She also become poor family. And she as a love affair with guy in same village she living her mother house. If she want maintenance what will I do?

I have 20 months old girl child. My husband kidnapped her and asked me to go to my mother home. I abused and he himself went to police and i got my baby back. Last 6 months i was in my mam house. He is asking divorce. I replied with maintenance. We had a loan on this property for 1 crocre. He nicely used me and married me for building this house. Kindly reply. Thanks

I have bought a flat in Dwarka, Delhi. On each floor, there are 3 Flats. My flat is on the front side. There is a wide corridor once you come out of lift. After this wide corridor, there is a narrow passage which gets me to my flat. I have seen that other flat owners have put small gate on starting of this narrow passage. When I tried to put tiles on this passage area, the other owner on the same floor is complaining that this narrow passage is part of common area and nothing can be modified in this area.
Can you please advice whether his claim is legal or not?

Dear panel,
My parents purchased flat in Mumbai long ago and had agreement from builder to provide 2 stilt parking spaces. Recently after following up since 5 yrs he agreed to give the parking with condition tht we pay some amount in cash and some by cheque. He put the cheque in bank but same day told bank not to proceed with the chqueue clearance. He then told us a story that cash consists of few old fake notes for which police harassed him. We took those notes and being old were subsequeltly exchanged with the bank by us. Now builder has taken away our part money and has sold the stilt parkings to some other society member saying we delayed payment. We found out that he has sold it to some other member for more money. We do not have evidence of cash paid but have his letter on plain paper in his writing requesting transaction to be carried out for procuring the parking space. Please advise if we can file a case of cheating against the builder.
