Defandant giving false evidence in court

Respected Sirs,
I am the Landlord of a building in Mumbai. My tenant has carried out illegal additions/alterations in the premises. At the time of shifting him from one premises to other I had given him some specifications that some work of NON Damaging nature would be done by me.However he did not like the idea and hence he carried out work totally against my specifications without my NOC or permission from BMC In 2014 I got permission from Court to carry out inspection of the suit premises. After this there was noted visible drastic illegal work reported. Now the Tenant is saying that this work is done by me where in the Ws he has pleaded that the specification of work which I had given him is done by me. Now my question is what can the court take in view my specification or commissioners report of inspection.Commissioner was appointed on the order from the court.
Please advice
Thanking you in advance

Admissibility of audio recordings

Dear experts,
I am the plaintiff in a civil case as want to submit an audio conversation recorded thru mobile as evidence. But the problem is that the origina memory-card on which the recording was done is slightly cracked & as such is not being detected for reading. I took it to several placesto check but no luck, however I have a copy of the recording on my PC.

Now since I have the original card but its not readable, how can I prove the authenticity of the recording. I heard that court asks for the original chip.

Pls guide me in this regard.

Thanks in advance !

regards,
Satender

Hsg society in mumbai

ground floor member extended his flat by taking in the Society owned flower beds and fitting aluminium sliding glasses therein. Society says they had it in writing from the member that she would correct the wrongs and go back to original. Now Society says that the letters from the member have disappeared from the Society cupboard and "they suspect" Manager who has left services. No action thereafter taken by the Society and understand the flat in question has now been put up for sale with area increased by the illegal extensions.
What do the members do when more than 12 lakhs worth of Society property now lost?

Hello everyone.. I've been trying to sort this issue for a long time but failed due to improper guidance. My son is two and half years old and born in kumaran hospital kilpauk chennai. I checked his birth certificate online and took a print out but it's completely a wrong father's name so I went to the office in aminjikarai but they said it's not possible. I don't know how the mistake happened if it's the hospital or somewhere else. Please please someone help me because I need to join my son in school shortly.

Bailable warrant even though bail granted, what offence ?

A case u/s 138 was lodged, summon was issued. After summon, the accused got bail. In spite of bail after summon, the bailable warrant was issued and executed. On the date of hearing, this was brought to the notice of the court, by the advocate of accused, and now the Advocate of accused insisted that this should be taken on record. What are the consequences of this, taking on record, on the court i.e. on Presiding Officer and on the complainant for submitting the bailable warrant even after bail or what type of offence has occurred?
