Dear Sirs,
we gave our property with a building agreement with 50:50 owners and builders shares.
The building is Ground Plus 3 floors.
our (owner"s) share is full 1st and 2nd floors and 500 sq,feet in ground floor.Total area of the built up building is about 16000 sq.feet.
Now if 50:50 is the terrace rights and builder sold to several others his share ...how do we as owners identify the terrace as our 50% share?
if owners want to give on rent to any mobile service communications Tower how we can have 100% rights over the rent and deposit received from the Tower set up on terrace visavis all other owners to whom builder sold his share??

respected Experts please help me.
my wife filed 498a case against me on 14 aug 2012 and now when the case has started her lawyer is asking for mutual divorce
but the problem is that he is asking me to first take divorce then he will withdraw the 498a case i.e:after 6months when the divorce completes please advice me whether i should go with mutual divorce or fight the case.
**my marriage is inter religious but it is not registered we have only video and photos for the marriage function performed

I had a query relating to ceiling of land holding by a company in Andhra Pradesh.
What is the maximum amount of agricultural and non agricultural land a company incorporated in Andhra Pradesh can hold.
Can you provide me the details cumulatively and individually.
Will the ceiling changes if the nature of companies changes.(i.e., agricultural company, trading company etc.)

Hello Sir,
We got married in 2010. My parents live in their home town. My wife has good knowledge, educated but has suicidal tendencies.
She is hyper sensitive/hyper anger, in very small discussions also she argues a lot with me, gets extreme anger and cries with no control, she can't control her emotions.
Recently due to lack of sleep, kids health problems (fever etc) she got depression out of control, refused to go counseling, I spoke to her mom and brother regarding her tendency and requested them to motivate her and to take both of us to counselling center but they did not take any step further even though they knew that she is hyper sensitive.
Now she attempted suicide by drinking acid and hospitalized, her condition is normal and doctor told she is out of danger. Doctor told me consult psychiatrist after cure.
We have 2 kids (son 4yrs, daughter 2 yrs)
My wife with kids went to her parents home to take rest for few days.Her health is good now. Its almost 1 month now, i have been requesting them to come for counseling, her father is not agreeing to send family counseling and not ready to send her back without discussing in gentlemen(nearest relatives). He certifies that I am good and did't harm her but again asks me why she attempted suicide, they are trying to make up.
As per my knowledge it is a very sensitive issue, discussing in gentlemen can't address the actual problem. Because of this delay her mental condition may get worse. she is also worrying that my kid is missing school. she is also forcing me to discuss in gentlemen, but there If I directly point out her behavioral/psychological problems she can't accept and gets out of control.
How to bring them for family counseling center?
Please help me how to handle the situation.
Even now at least what are precautionary steps I have to take to protect myself & parents now and in future.
Sir, please help me.

Sir, I have purchased flat in January 2012 while construction is in progress. I have taken possession in February 2014. my flat is in the society corner and on the first floor and just near to the builder office (which was not a part of whole apartment scheme plan) which is temporary in nature. Also as per brochure and plan of apartments scheme it is not under my flat. after possession I have rented out my flat for about 16 months and society was under the maintenance of builder.
In July 2015 builder approached to society members to take over and form the housing society so that they can handle the society maintenance. also yet builder to sale 10-12 flats available for that he acquired his office.
My flat was vacated (I was not live there) since August 2015. Meanwhile society was formed and registered under co-operative housing services private limited and taking over charge from builder.​ In this process society arranged several meeting with member of flat and I was not informed through phone even. And they have decided to take over charge(without my concern) of builder office(which was not in plan) for society storage and office when builder will sale out all flats.
Now I came here to live from January 2016 and came to know these things that that illegal construction will be permanent as committee decided and request to builder and builder agreed. I talked to builder about this that the office is not in plan and I am not willing that the office should be under my flat due to lots of security reasons(any body can climb on my flat from this illegal construction),its toilets window is just opening to my bedroom window and even other neutions also over there due to that.
Builder told me until and unless society will ask to remove I will not remove it. Meanwhile in January and in February I have given in written to the president/secretary to remove/ask to remove this but they are telling me this is society issue and to take decision in meeting. Yet they have not taken any decisions.
Sir please suggest what should I do about this things.

Dear Sir(s),
Kindly suggest what to do :-
Family court of Patana ( Bihar) oredred ex party order of maitenance. i filed for review petition to and family court accepted my reveiw petition. wife side arranged to issue warrant to my kolkata ( W B) address. My advocate intimated today that warrant issued to SP from family court.
kindly suggest what to do for avoiding arrest ?
