A land have been purchased by a person from a farmer and i then purchased a land from that person.. I made my factory of wire drawing over there
Recently few govt. Officers same there and cut the power supply and said that the land is a agriculture land not a commercial land for factory purpose..
My factory is closed from last 6 months and i am bearings a loss of 1 lakh per month due to the same...
I have applied all my sources and tried every possible way the SDM over there is not getting signed the papers to make the land a commercial land...
So please suggest me what could i do...?

Dear experts,
I seek your valuable guidance in my service matter. The case is as follows:-
1. I joined on the pay scale of 9300-34800 with grade pay of 4600 in an autonomous body controlled by one of the ministries of central government.
2. After more than six years of my service, I applied through proper channel for the gazetted post with grade pay of 4800 in the state government department.
3. My parent department did not issue any no objection certificate to me stating that there was no use of such certificate if they were sanctioning my resignation on technical grounds. Consequent upon my technical resignation, I joined the department under state government and I also informed my parent department in this regard.
4. My parent department verbally (not in black and white) denied me to send my service book stating that it is an official document to be kept with the department only for the future purposes.
5. While applying for the pay protection and counting of my past services in my current department, the higher officials ask me to produce NOC and service book for further proceedings.
First of all my query is whether my past service would be counted and my pay would be protected or not.
Next, what should I do to get NOC and my service book, and what strategies should I adopt to get the benefit as soon as possible.

A girl married to boy 1 year ago as court registered marriage and never stayed with him even for a single day as girl have already made statment at police station that she wasn't mentally prepared for this how much time it may take for annulment as girl wants to Marry someone else

hi, m tinku ,victim of false 498a , my family member got anticipatory bail but m on provisioanl bail. my wife wants to live with me and I can not live with her since she always threat me with suicide, please suggest what I should do till I get confirm bail.

Hello sir,
Just week back, I got registered ad with speed post from Mrs. 498a (separated since one year) lawyer on his letter head making some allegations and asking for some information regarding her bank account. Everything part of that letter is absurd but here I am looking for some expert advice regarding these type of letters:
1) does this type of notice coming via registered ad direct from lawyer on his letter head not from court, holds any value?
2) should we even respond to such letter ?
3) if response is required, should we deny all the absurd allegations mentioned in that letter or the best way to response such letters if needed?

I have a friend who got married second time as per muslim rituals and rites. Before their marriage the second wife had informed my friend that she was a divorcee and have no issue with her former husband. Later, my friend learned that the second wife had executed the divorce deed with her former husband after a period of 10 months of thir marriage. She is now threatening my friend to give talaq and as maintenance she is demanding 25 lakhs or else she will file 498a. Her former husband has also threatened him for filing adultery case against him as no divorce was existed at the time of their marriage.
Please let me know the legal remedy in order save his life....what action can be taken against his second wife and her former husband

I have questions regarding the mutation entry, my friends had some ancestral property,after the death of grandfather their uncles mutation they're mutates land,my friends father is also died,my friends is suffering from mentally sickness,what should I do?for mutation of friend's name in ownership column, my friends is belonging from Muslim community, and his grandfather died intestate, please suggest me somethin.

As recorded cross of pw1 statement change so as defendant what step I should taken, whether rectification possible upto actual statements. As I'm not agree for this impugned statement and now matter posted for my (defendant) evidence
i am also file complaint with Chief Judge and Supreme court in this regards
now File my evidence, wait for steps on complaint as may shift in other court. OR accept further evidence if file by plaintiff even evidence closed for plaintiff,

False dowry 498A & 304B case
Hi, my brother wife took poison in an attempt to harass my family, as she wanted to live out of joint family. She was taken to hospital & 4 day she got fit. She gave a statement of false dowry, domestic violence against my brother & parents. On 5 day her brother & Bhaiya did her abortion as she was 1 mnth pregnent. This was done without my brother consent. On 6 th day her health got worse & on 11 day, she expired.
Now my family members are charged with 498A section and domestic violence section. 304b is yet not applied.
Autopsy report is still waited.
No arrest or warrant yet published.
What can we do now from our side to safe guard us??
Pls suggest.
