Builder enter into agreement to with six buyers even he is not a sole owner for the plot
He continued the constrcution accouring to terms fo the construction delay it prolongffor Two year and sold out five duplex house to third party with help of Plot owner as Plot instead of the Houses, where in our Builder singed his signature as witness.
we are one of the victim as buyers where in 12.26 lacs paid for the construction remaining amount Rs.1.25 lacks to be paid at the time of the registered sale deed and possession.
Third Party asked to pay full cost Rs.29 lacks denied to enter into the Registration of the sale deed and.
We have approached to the cnacellation of sales Deed registered fradulently as plot of the Five Duplex House Build,in 10.12 lcka consideration amount, Five Buyers already beend approximatley 90 Lacs to constrction to the builder,
Can Regiering authority ahs power to cancel the earlierdeed registered as misvlaualtiona dn misrepresetation by the selle & buyers.
we approahed to the Distict Consumer Forum to specific Performance and notice served to the third partoy who has in possesed our duplex House on 08/01/2016 along with , Builder and plot owner too, but third party sold out the our Duplex House to fourth Party even noice served to third party and not disclsoe it while regisereing the sale deed with fourth Paty on 02/02/2016 befoer the Jt SUB Registrar Class II, is this not a contempt of the Court? is not mandatry to disclose about the notice served by the Distrcit consumer court befoer the Registering authority while registration? is this a nother frud befoer registration authority? can we challange to cancel the sale deed registerd 02/02/2016 with Registering authority?

My caste comes under OBC so i got OBC certificate very easily. but my father is government employee and income is more than admissible income to be categorized as Non creamy layer. My grandfather is farmer and we have some agriculture land registered on my fathers name, so I have hidden the fact that my father is govt. employee I got OBC-NCL certificate issued by SDM by quoting income from agriculture land only.
I have got selected under OBC quota in SSC examination.
I do understand that its illegal to do this but i am not qualified in General category and I am in need of job very badly, because of economic crises of my family.
Please suggest me how risky is this, how I may get caught at the time of document verification. And please suggest me what precautions i should take to get through with verification and in future also.

I gave a contract to install a modular kitchen at my house to a delhi based company. The price quoted by them was 3,75,000+ 14% taxes. They asked me to pay 1,75,000 in cash and balance through cheque with taxes.
I did so but they deposited one cheque in the personal account of proprietor's brother without my consent.
Also, They altered the drawings without my consent and interchanged the shelves and boxes. Also they took the wrong measurements of the kitchen and installed kitchen unprofessionally.
Now they are hiding from their duties.
They are not ready to come at a conclusion. I have paid all the amount to them and they are not ready to provide me with the bill.
I wanted to ask whether I should file an FIR first or send a legal notice. I am asking them to take back their kitchen and refund the amount but they are not ready to do so.
Also will cash payment made by me is a valid proof in court. I have received the acknowledgement of cash received by them on their letterhead
Now I want to ask whether I can sue them for this. They were not ready to accept the mistake. After 3 months of pain they finally accepted the mistake and now are not ready to compensate for the losses.

I was riding my bike in evening, a constable in khadi uniform, bit the traffic policeman stopped me and asked me for the papers of my bike. I had all the required papers, but he told me to pay RS 100 for not using helmet, which I paid like a responsible citizen. But after paying I observed that he only stopped young boys like me who are without any pillion. Many young couple and middle-aged people without helmet went past the constable, but he stopped only boys like me. When I confronted about this, he started yelling at me and told me that he is the boss and will do what he wants. I got angry and I told him that I will complaint against him, he got more aggressive and challenged me to send his complaint to PM of india or anyone I wish and he said nothing will happen. Please help me, I have the receipt and I want to show him that he is there for public service and not for harrasing them. What should I do ?

A Hindu male has a wife and three daughters. All the daughters were got married and settled. After that he died intestate on 25.3.1985 leaving his self acquired property. His property was mutated in the name of his widow in the Grampanchayath Records. She alone sold out the same to Mr.X. Later all the three daughters accepted the alienation made by their mother by giving an affidavit attested by an advocate. Can Mr.X get a perfect and undisputed title?

Hi. I have taken a personal loan of 5lacs last year. After 3months emi due I was not able to continue office due to health issue And i left the company. After 6 months gap i got job. Last six months emi was pending and bank charged interest on it. Now i do not have capacity to pay the loan amount. Bank started sending notice for taking legal action. My outstanding amount showing 680k including interest. Bank ask me to pay all and close the loan whereas i do not have capacity to pay a emi. Please advise what slould i do? What would be the action bank can take if i do not pay the loan amount? Declairing my inability? What is the best way i could do?

OUR SOCIETY PLOT WAS TAKEN BY state of maharashtra on 14 11 2006 under ULC ACT. the land was in societys possession on 29 11 2009 when ULC ACT WAS REPEALED. our conveyance was done in 1973 and registered but our societys name did not appear on revenue records.we went to High Court against the said order of the government and got the order in our favour. then maharashtra government filed SLP in supreme court against it was dismissed by the court.
now we want to get our societys name on revenue records, what is the procedure for it and time period for getting the society name on revenue record.
please guide us.

Dear advocates, my creditor filed a suit on basis of promissory note on me. I approached a lawyer for that and he filed a vakalath. He is from another town. He did not attend the court after filing the vakalath. For this I approached another advocate for representing me. He filed written statement along with fresh vakalath. The court rejected that due to lack of no objection from the old advocate and decreed the suit by doing exparte. What can I do at this situation please suggest me. Old advocate is not in communication.

Revathi who is the mother of Raja execute the registered will in favor of her son on 1970 in respect of a portion of the property. After the death of the mother he enjoying the possession. Radhi who is Raja 's sister filed a suit against Raja as she is one of the legal heir and her mother was not in sound disposing state of mind and she was blind and deaf for more than 20 years prior to her death and she looked after by radhi. So Raja is not entitled for possession. she is entitled for half portion. Raja filed counter to declaration and recovery of possession. Frame relevant issues. Send me related case laws

Property rights
Dear Sir's.
Have a query with regards to Property Rights of a Hindu grand child.
1. X has a inherited property from his ancestors in Mysore. This property has donated by erstwhile Maharaja of Mysore to X's ancestors and he got his share and constructed a house on his share.
2. Same X has a house in B.Lore which is a self acquired property.
X has only Daughter from his 1st Wife. Post death of 1st wife, he re-married. Unfortunately, she too passed away after some time. But he did not have any children from his 2nd wife. Again X married for 3rd time and she is surviving now and do not have any children from 3rd Wife.
At present X is survived by his 3rd Wife. Only Daughter and the only Daughter's has only one child again a Daughter.
The query is, whether X's Daughter and his Grand Daughter will have any rights, on his ancestor property or self acquired property.
If X decides to give his both ancestor and self-acquired property only to his 3rd wife. What rights do the Daughter and Grand Daughter will have on X's properties. If yes, and if either Daughter or Grand Daughter do have a share in X's property, how to claim it and under what Act's they can claim.
Request to share your views on the same. Thanks a ton in advance.
