One lady passed 10th std( Maharashtra Board) in 1976.Her DoB on 10th certificate is 1958 which is wrong.There is no birth certificate also available. Can she still get it changed.

The Consumer Protection Act enable Consumers the right to live in clean environment. What if this Act is violated?
We the responsible citizens pay our property tax to municipal corporation, Why? Because it is assumed that municipal corporation is responsible for cleanliness and hygiene and people have to pay tax to get the services.
But there is another angle through which the above assumed thing did not happen. We pay taxes but in return we have to face the same scenario of unclinliness.
Thus a simple and logical question, WHO SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR UNHYGINITY?

Hi. I'm naya.I have one elder sister and elder brother. 1.Brother 2. Sister and 3.me. My mother gave her property as dhana settlement to my brother on last feb. He changed the property tax to his name. Last month my dad was died and my mother was now hopeless. And we sisters both were married. And on our dads death only we came to know that my mom gave the property as dhana settlement to my brother.last month only my brother too got married. And due to some FAM problem and on my brothers mrg. My mother wants to cancell the settlement and want to share for all. Is this is possible or not.and whether my mother can have rights to cancell t or not. If so then how she can apply for that. Bcz my brother won't care my mother further. So my mother was too frustrated and asking us to help in this issue. Please anyone guide us to recover my mother along with her property.

My lady Clint filed a complaint against her in laws in dv agility sec 12. Respondent in laws appeard before court and gave application to lower court to frame preliminary issue. the application to freme preliminary issue is rejected. Respondent moved to high court against order. Now what to file against this order spl before high court or appeal in dv act sec 29?

I would like to request you on expert advise for money recovery lend to a close relative.
I have transferred funds from my account overseas and locally into my relatives account in India by international fund transfers and NEFT/RTGS and have requested to my relative to repay back but there is no response.
Please guide me for options to recover money in this scenario.
Also, is there a definite time period in which I can demand my money?
Please guide.

This is to bring to notice the unethical and informal behaviour of Tikona. I have applied for a PERMANENT DISCONNECTION OF MY ACCOUNT on 27-feb-2016. The executive confirmed me on-call that it has been done but later I came to know that they have only stopped my rental. Tikona is NOT permanently deactivating my account, I have made several calls and mailed them several times. There is NO FORMAL AND WRITTEN REPLY from Tikona and they have also REFUSED TO TAKE BACK THE DEVICE(adapter, LAN cable, wire) and they say that they will not collect device as collecting device means the connection is permanently terminated. They are FORCING TO KEEP THE ACCOUNT ACTIVE.
They have also REFUSED TO PROVIDE SRF signed by a competent authority and send me via registered post(I am ready to pay for postal charges). They have consistently denied to send the SRF(subscriber registration form). I have made all the payment to tikona and there is no outstanding balance.
One of their executive even said that it is they who will decide whether my account will be deactivated or not. I am the one who is paying for service and I do not want to avail Tikona services and I am demanding COMPLETE AND PERMANENT TERMINATION (WHICH INCLUDES RETRIEVAL OF DEVICE) and FINAL BILL SETTLEMENT IN WRITTEN.
What should I do now ??

Resale flat cheating
Helli sir,
I am living in pune & 8 month back I have purchased resale flat in pune, I have done agreement to sale & paid all money 34lakh except loan which is 15lakh & the owner has already loan in punjab national bank of 34lakh
But after doing agreement to sale we come to know that owner already has done MOU which is notari on same flat 1.5year back & has taken 11lakh rs from him but now he is paying him back so there is case going on my owner because of that I am not getting NOC from society.
& other important thing is owner not clear the loan amount also ge not pay single rs to bank still the loan is on my owner name & he is paying emi.
So now my problem is my sale deed, NOC & bank loan not clear
Only thing I have is possession of flat.
