Re - constitution of partnership busniess

I am a partner of 33% share in aprtnership firm with two other partners with same ratio shares.The firm is owners of two separate commercial buildings in two different areas.the two separate building yields rents and their accounting is separately maintained with separate bank accounts and the accounts are merged in common accounting at year end for all statutory compliances.I am opting out from my share of one building and shall continue to maintain my share in second building and rest two partners shall be 50%- 50% owners in respect of the building from which i am retiring and we all three shall remain equal partners as earlier for the second building.
we are getting different opinions for formalisation, but we have been given an advice by one of the expert that we should reconstitute the partnership deed only making/incorporating the new systems transparently and the same firm shall continue in its present form with new agreed rights, raitos, and it will entail minimumm formalities. We also like it but only need to be assured about its legality to avoid any issue later on.
We also seek advice if the experts offer any alternative.We are approaching this forum as we have always found its opinion as a safety net and reassuring.

Case u/s 279 and 337

A case is registered against me under sec 279 and 337 and I appeared in police station and got station bail and there is no mistake on my part in the accident since the opposite party is a cyclist who was injured case is lodged how I should proceed now whether I have to go to court or can I close with other party as I don't have a driving licence. Will it affect my future as criminal case for jobs.

Dispute of rent or lease for a shop with nagar palik nigam

A party is having dispute of Rent or Lease with Nagar Palik Nigam

Preimum is paid by party and possession has taken by party

Party is saying that this shop is as lease

Nagar Palik Nigam is saying that this shop is in rent.

My Question is that which citation can help or give light in type of case.

defendant evidance

Sir i am in person and take cross of PW1 after recall petition by me but few question yet pending, how i can do it if court place matter for defendants evidence. while other side adv. also wants to file further evidence where as plaintiff evidence already closed Copy appl. file for statement of cross of pw1 which yet pending. pls guide

rti rejected

Sir I am residing in Madhya Pradesh . I have applied for rti in electricity dept In proper manner with IPO of 10 rs In name of PIO . BUT they refuses on last day that I have to apply with 10 rs stamp . what should I do now can apply for first appellate authority with same application or apply for new application. As the pio don't want to give me information so he delayed and rejecting my application.

F&f settlement

I was working in XYZ from April 2012 to October 2015. My notice period was 60 days and buyout option was available. I had served 30 days’ notice since I was placed at client place had to give KT to new deployed engineer. Client had given me clearance certificate. My resignation was accepted and I got my relieve letter on 13 Oct 2015. From that day onward I am requesting for my full and final settlement document but its pathetic response from them. After long time they replied but with some useless option. When I added our company director in this mail chain then he sent a mail that by next week it will cleared, but still waiting two week completed.
I have asked man time to share the soft copy of f&f and my leave balance since I had used max 10 days leave in previous two years. I had asked them many time to share the challenges or my mistakes (if any I have done) to release my f&f certificate.
Now I feeling insulted since no one ready to picking my phone call after my separation. I want take a legal action against the company. Kindly suggest me right way to get my f&f certificate.

Developer delaying possession

Dear Sir/Mam,

Greetings!

I would like to seek your advise in matter of Developer delaying possession of property which i bought almost two years ago, he suppose to give us possession for the same in november 2014 itself and we have already made him 85% (21.6 lakhs)payment in April 2014.

Resulting such a long delay we have no choice but to stay in rental pay brokerage every year.Rent amount is also increasing every year and causing us lots of financial problems after investing such a big amount.

We booked house in 9 storey building now we got information after visiting the site that he has not received permission for 9 storey hence he would be making only seven floors which is we feel we are cheated.Even the building possession will take another one year more.

Please guide us how shall we seek justice in this case and file where shall we complaint file since the developer is based in Nalasopara west and my flat is situated in Nalasopara - Virar link Rd.

We did not made any agreement but we all the receipts for the payments made with the dates.

Regarding property claims in islam

Hello Sir,
We are Muslim family. My grandmother has a plot on which our home in village. This plot is not any ancestral property. She has two sons and six daughters all are married. She has registered this plot in sub registrar office to my father's and uncle's name i.e. two sons only as a "mrityu patra". My grandmother’s death on last year and from the day of death continuously my one aunty i.e. my father’s one sister from six sisters harassed for share in this plot. There is a bond has been given in the grampanchayat by remaining five sisters that they are not interested in that plot to keep good relation with their two brothers i.e. my father and uncle.
1.How is the registered document from sub registrar office as a"mrityu patra" important for this matter .
2.Is there another procedure to solve this matter with proper documents.

Sarfaesi -property possession

I have purchased a property from a bank in a public auction. The property was in physical possession of the bank. The same was handed over to me.

Now i have come to know that the symbolic possession was not taken by the bank as he flat was locked. Thus no ad was published for symbolic possession.The bank then approached the DM and got order to take physical possession.

I have been told that symbolic possession id not compulsory.

Please advice with any law or ruling. Is the Title clear?
