Family court issued warrant even hearing revision petition

Dear Sir(s),

kindly suggest that i can go before the high court to issue instruction to hear revision petition firstly and staying warrant as issued by family court.

As i am paying as per interim bail condition of Rs. 1000 pm before the session judge.

after passing ex party order of maintenance of Rs 9000pm, the opposite party approached before the high court patana to cancel my bail as satating that maintenance is not paying by husbnad.
but high court ordered rebular ball on condition that husband to pay maitenanace subject to ltigation against order of maintenance if any.

after issuing order of high court, i am paying maitenance as before paying Rs 1000pm because of revision petition is pending against ex party maitenance order of Rs. 9000pm.
now family court, after nine months of order of maitenace issued warrant stating that husband is not complying the order of high court threfore warrant is issued.

kindly suugest keeping view of the above. what can i do ?

498a - mobile location and other evidences

Hi Seniors/Friends,

My all family members and I are accused in 498A; charge sheet process is on-the-way. I went to PS twice to meet IO where I was mentally grilled and asked to compromise, my learned lawyer clearly instructed me to ask IO for notice and don't go or let any relative go (IO was asking me to bring all brothers, sisters to PS) without notice. Once I asked IO for notice first, IO started shouting on call and threatened me to issue arrest warrant (although IO has accepted that this case looks complete fake). I'm not worried for arrest as I'm protected for immediate arrest but still have few questions
1.) Wife has charged by Brother-in-law for molestation apart from all other members for beating, torturing and asking dowry; I searched on forum and found FIR can't be changed but more facts can be added. Is molestation also arrest-required IPC like 498A?
2.) There are many loopholes in FIR and many false allegations like 'husband went to wife's home and beat her badly'. Is there any way to secure mobile-tower locations in advance so that all these allegations can be proved wrong? I believe that service providers keep records of mobile-tower locations data for a specific period and there is a risk of losing it once case is discussed in court.
3.) Can girl file domestic violence separately while FIR has only 498 & 406? Also, is domestic violence also arrest-required type IPC like 498 and what if it is levelled after bail is granted for 498?

Please suggest.

3. Domestic Violation - Running from past 4 yrs, no interim fixed (Wife got Govt. Teacher job 1 yr back & have one daughter of 6 yrs) Now she is not regular on court dates due to her job and delaying it.

change in bussiness

im from kerala.im running a mens textile shop
. i want to change the bussiness to a mobile
shop .landlord has filed eviction petiton in the
court .so i will not get the consent from
landloard to change the bussiness.andfor starting a mobile shop license is needed from municipality.and municipality will not give license without the landlord consent for starting mobile shop.but i have a kerala high court writ petition judgement in one case that the holding over tenant can do any legally permited non hazardous bussiness in the shop and change of user is not a problem and the municipality cannot ask for landloard consent for the issue of licence.
my question - is this judgement sufficent to get license from municipality or do i have to go to the high court of kerala with a similar writ petition aganist municipality for granting me license on mobile shop
