i am having accommodation in my mother's name We all sisters & brothers are varadaar after her death
the land has filed a suit against us for evacuation from the tenement
he is not ready to accept a change of the name of accommodation in my although all the vgaradar ar not intrested in any way to have any share in this rental accommodation.
Now when someone dies, his success is brighytundrtr This case is under force whereas they are not willing & having any interest in this nacoompdation. all of them are staying away after their marriage
I have been staying with my mother since birth & i was with her when she died I have no orytheraccpomodation & i am styinmgbwith my family ta my present acceptation
Pleseac advise me on how i dsho;d nsytop mythis niligal madmiting the NOb interested vara dar They are ready to give up tenancy right willinglky
] What is the best remedy as they arev all abobe 75+ including mne & is very much problematic & a lot of constraints to fulfill all such procedures

whether suit U/o 37 for recovery of money is maintainable on behalf of certified copies of cheque...as cheque was being filed in some other court.

Supplier not uploaded March invoice in 2A. Total GST is Rs 1 lakh. But we don't have money to pay. Usually ITC will be more than output tax. If we wait till it is reflected in 2A of April can we file March quarterly returns afterwards without payment of tax. For this we have to enter ITC more than March 2B. Is it possible. Please guide me and suggest any other alternatives.

Sir,
I was joined an Unaided Engineering College in Maharashtra on 16-6-1986 as Lecturer. I retired as a Associate Professor in May 2021. My Last salary was Rs. 116600/- [as per 6th pay scale]. College had paid me gratuity amount Rs. 8 Lakh in March 2023, which is not as per 6th or 7th Pay Scales. [Max limit- 6th pay scale =7 Lakh & 7th pay scale = 14 Lakh, as per Govt. of Maharashtra.]
I want to challenge the management against lower payment of gratuity. As per my expectations, gratuity should be paid as per 7 th pay scales, even though 7th pay scales are not implemented.
1] Can I file a court case in this matter?
2] If yes, where the case may be filed, either in Labour/Industrial/High court?
Please give me a right advice.

I am occupier of a property in name of my OP. The OP has taken money ( 90% of total value) from me & verbally promised to register the property in my name.
Since last three years I am residing on the property. Since OP trying to ousting me from said property, my advocate file a petition for declaration of bonafide occupier of the property & money suit.
The court has passed temporary injunction in my favour in Title Suit.
If injunction is vacated by any way, can I continue to reside on the property ?
Is there any chance of vacation of injunction ?
If court did not allow extension of injunction, then how can I recover my money ? Since OP is living in rented accommodation.

Chennai DRT has reserved for judgment in July 2016; now only the case has popped up and is again open for arguments. This is the case with the property for the year 2008. The Builder had directly handed the possession to the Bank in spite of payment of regular EMI. I have to stop the EMI only due to the litigation the Bank and builder created. It's been over 15 years and I do not know the status of the flat as the flat keys are with the Bank. I want to know if I can file an IA for the appointment of the commissioner and the appraiser to ascertain the flat. Please guide.

Discharged from the army as a recruit
Hello sir,my name is Arjun Singh and i joined the Indian Army in May 2021.i completed my BMT of approximately 2 months and went AWL from the training centre due to some emergencies at home...i returned to the training centre after 20 days and continued my training but when i went back to the training centre they demanded an advt of not commiting the same mistake again otherwise i would be eligible for a discharge....i gave them the advt and continued my training, but again after month of training i got AWL again and this time i tried to return after one month but they didn't let me in and told me to come with police personnels,then i took one man from the police department but again they didn't let me in and sent us back by telling us that the documents are not satisfactory...then sir this happened for two months i went there so many times but they always denied me with some new rule and law...they told me to come with my mother as i am a single parent child but even with my mother they didn't let us enter the centre... finally when they allowed me and some police personnels they told us that now it has been too late and according to Army policies he can't join now as he has passed more 90 days at home and he is going to be discharged now....and in the end they gave me a discharge.
