I am an advocate LL.M practising in civil court in my district from the last 3 years. However I dont find much growth in practice as it is not my parental profession and these years have been proved to be a struggle for me. I am employed with ISRO as an Assistant since 15 Jul 2013. Further, I have been transferred from ISRO Satellite Centre to ADRIN with effect from 01 Jun 2015. ADRIN is another wing of ISRO/DOS. ADRIN has 3 Senior assistant vacancies. The residency period from Assistant to Senior Assistant is 4 years. On the other hand I have been placed under two Assistants of ADRIN who have been directly recruited. One of them has been appointed in Dec 2013 and the other in Nov 2014. By Jul 2017, I would complete my residency period and would become eligible for promotion. But, it is said that I would be placed below the other two candidates as a result of transfer from one station to the other. ISRO comes under the CCS rules. I request you to kindly intimate me the proper order of eligibility and clarification if any. Please help me as it is my career issue.

I need a guidance related to Tutorial or Coaching classes which are running without any licence.
There are certain coaching classes in my area, which are running just on Gumasta (shops and establishment) licence basis, they are advertising like they have direct contact with the schools and they can clear all the papers if they took admission in there classes, and all if the student will not take admission so they can fail them.
I want to take some strict action against them but not getting where and to whom i complain even it will be grate help if someone says coaching classes are govern under which law.
please expert need a guidance on this issues.

I am a tenant of 2 rooms in a pagdi system chawl. 1 room is in my name and other in my father's name. We have all the separate documents with regards to two rooms. Both rooms are joined/merged together and now there is only 1 common entrance to enter the room. I have converted 2 rooms into 1BHK type flat (Hope u all understood the scenario).
Our building is going into redevelopment and BMC officers are saying that we are entitled to only 1 room because there is only 1 entrance and we (i.e. myself and my father) are same part of family.
I wish to know whether I can get 2 rooms in new building or only 1??
Need judgments to that effect. If can help with that then it will be useful for me.

i m raval sanjay kumar i have joined aiims feb 2012 before joining aiims i have given esic ahmedabad exam at 13 nov 2011.now i have get appoinment letter from esic ahmedabad & it is my home town so iwant to join there. my question aiims will consider my resignation as technical resination.because my esic job application is not forwarded by aiims & i have not noc from aiims.
according to technical resignation rule eigher i have noc or my application forworded through proper chaneel
but i have applied esic before aiims join.
so aiims administration considered my technical resignation application
what i do kinly reply me
