Hello
My grandfather has bought a plot in the name of my grandmother and build a house there in 1970. He had five children I.e. four sons and one daughter. Now he died in 1986. And my grandmother also expired in 2012. Does my aunt (Bua) has any inheritance right on the property (after the amendment of 2015)?

Sir I run a online job placement an resume writing service to costumers on paid. And service I given upto 45 days, bu Costumer after getting services and asking for refund. Sir he is saying to file case or fir. I had not given any refundable mail. And all terms an conditions are mentioned on my website with disclaimer. Sir please what I have to do because he gave me time for 3 days only for refund.

In 7/12 it shows other persons name in साधे कुळ, how can we fight against this as per 32ओ. ?

Sir , I had booked an office space in prelaunch in a mixed land use project in Noida in Nov 2012. The agreement with builder was done in June 2013 and as usual it was more in favor of builder with 35% cancellation charge and with meagre penalty on account of delay.
The construction of project is moving at very slow pace and builder has in between changed the layout also. i had paid 50% of the value.
Now I need money for my personal use and the purpose for which the office space was booked is not served.
What is the remedy for me. which legal forum to approach in individual capacity. Shud I do some written correspondence with builder before moving to court. How will RERA help me.

agar mere husband ye kahte hain k call details nahi rakhte wo to kya hoga?kya ye mana jayega k wo jhut bol rahe hain? aur agar wo jhuti koi date aur time batate hai to kya court usko cross verify karne k liye kahegi.Jirahme mujhe bolne nahi diya ja raha mai kisko complain karun kyunki judge sahab khud mujhe pressurize kar rahe hain us talaq ko manne k liye jo hua hi nahi hai aur jiska case court me chal raha hai

Hi,
There is an SlA between my company and partnership firm. Do all the partners of this partnership firm should sign on agreement or only authorized signatory's sign will do?
Do all pages of this SLA need to be signed by both parties on all pages or only sign on last page will do?In case they sign on only last page of SLA what can be done?

good morning every one,iam d.v.sai krishna worked for sirius transtech private limited,hyderabad, from 26th september 2014 to march 1st 2015.I have resigned for that company on 2nd march 2015.i did not get my salaries of december2014,january,february2015 and my ta bills from the joining date.Finally the total amount is 24,271 excluding my p.f.still they are making some stories every time when i went to company to ask about my money.so how to deal this issue legally...please help me
