Dear Sir,
I have a housing loan taken in the year 2010 around 22 lac.
In the year 2013 I had lost the job for almost 17 months & I could not pay the emi & SARFAESI notice was issued as the loan got NPA.However in the year 2014 nov I got the new job & I managed to pay the outstanding emi with interest & regularised the loan account & was paying my emi regularly.
Now in NOV 2016 again I lost my job & I could not pay my emi & the loan account is NPA.Now the bank officials are saying that the same SARFAESI notice will be issued & will take the possession of my house.I have requested them that I will regularise the emi & asked them not to issue the notice.
I have also told the bank officials that I starting my own doing the self employment which will take another 2-3 months to materialise & the revenue starts generating.
Kindly advice me what to do?

sir i want to know that if a person change his caste (for social benefit) in obc and not category and on behalf of that certificate he gots gov job so what is the legal procedure to change the caste and it is a crime or not.it is dangeorous for gov job or not . please give your suggestion thanks

A person gave a severe beating to a boy and he fell unconscious and thinking that the boy had died , to hide his concealment he placed the body on the track and the train arrived and crushed the body . the postmortem report said that the boy died due to train injuries . how should I argue before the court that the man should be be held for culpable homicide and disappearance of evidence

We have a house on my late father's name at my native place, as I was living in different place more than 550 km away from my house with my spouse & children , my Brother took the possession of my share of house by braking the lock , he took all my utensils & sold many of it as I was totally unaware about it , he took the possession from july 2005. when my Mother died & I lock two rooms of this house which was in my possession. when I went their his wife not allow us to enter the house. what step I should have to take to vacate my place in my late father's house.

Can a Salary Person who has 8 lacs Salary Income and Tds deducted by Employer in A.Y.-2015-16. can submit Return A.Y-2015-16.will it not attract Rs. 5000/- penalty for non submission of IT Return within 31.03.2016? Because It is taxable file though TDS has been deducted but Return must be submitted witin 31.03.2016.Plese reply anyone

Has anyone been sent to jail so far on grounds of bigamy during the survival of first wife without obtaining divorce.
If yes how is a case of bigamy filed and does the court actually pronounce the punishment as stated in Law.?

my son in law (Hindu) got married with second wife and staying separately at different place.
My daughter is living with his two major sons in the home whose right title is with my daughter. She has no source of income.
She do not want divorce.
Now my son in law has retired from service and is about to receive lakhs of rupees by way of retirement benefits.
So whether my daughter has right to claim over the retirement benefits or she is entitled to claim for monthly maintenance allowance of Rs. 5000 to 6000 only.
So please advice what should she do to stake claim on retirement benefits without going for divorce.
If wife cannot claim over the retirement benefits then does it mean that wife has no right over the terminal benefits ?
If this is so then any male can opt for second marriage throwing his first wife to survive at on maintenance allowance only ?
kindly explore the possibilities to receive some amount out of the retirement benefits as well ?

I would like to know how to proceed with a registration of property which belonged to my Aunt who has now expired. She had written a will on the name of my Father and his brother who is in US with whom we have lost all touch for the past many years. According to the will it was stated that the property an apartment be divided between both the brothers. It also states that the brothers both are taking care of my Aunt all her needs and maintenance which is not true since My Uncle who is in the US has not visited India in over 10 years or even sent a rupee towards the maintenance of my aunt when she was alive. Even before her death when she was admitted and all rituals for which we spent over 10 lakhs not a single penny was given by him.
We were now wanting to sell the property which is around 25 Lakhs to the maximum as it is a very bad condition as it over 30 years old building.
I seek your knowledge on how do we go about to sell the property and what legal steps do we take towards the registration of the property.

Dear Experts,
Sir, Me and my family are accused of above cases, all those cases been filed by her after i sent legal notice for contested divorce, i applied for AB, somehow it was getting delayed and postponing unnecessarily. now all my relatives and my parents got AB but mine have one condition i,e. returning of 406 article. i have no problem of returning those evil things but i have little doubt that after getting all those things if they ask for more or do something to reject my bail plea as it is on condition as i mentioned before. i anticipating something is my doubt is unnecessary or irrelevant. what precaution to take while returning 406 articles in presence of the police. i don't know whether its irrelevant question or not byt i always been guided properly here by the experts so i posted. pls help me with your most valuable inputs and suggestions.
