we are in relationship for more than 4 years.. now we want to get married.. she is my mother's sister' doughter.. what should be do... any way that we can get married that no one can object...
1 . if we convert into cristian or muslim then we get married legely. is it legel?

Hi,
I am working in an MNC in Bangalore. I got certificate from my company psychiatrist that my wife has mental disorder. I told about the activities of my wife to the doctor and he told its a mental disorder case. I am staying in gents pg on weekdays and go to my hometown and stay with my parents on weekends so that she doesnt get a chance to stay with me and torture me. She tortured me and that is why I married her. I have not recorded the way she shouts and tortures but i am sure any one who observes her will find out that she is a psycho. She has recorded some fights between me and her andhas doctor certficate for injury on her.
She tried to come inside my parents house while I was staying there but my dad didnt allow her. Next time can we call the police and neck her out?
Can she enter my pg and stay with me forcefully? I have changed my number and my mail id and told my parents/colleagues/friends to not share my contact details.Can she trace me and come and stay with me? I dont even want to see her and not willing for mediation but she keeps sending notices from police to my office HR to get my contact details. Can she file DV and will it stand in the court?What if I say firmly that I wont stay with her no matter what? Please help me get out of my cruel wife.

My shop is located at Ramkote, Hyderabad. It is a residential complex with 6 shops on the ground floor, 3 on one side and 3 on other side. My shop is the corner one and is the only shop which did not have a staircase and all remaining 5 shops had. So we used to use the adjacent shops staircase. But then we built our own staircase and started using it. Now the adjacent shops tenant is placing his material in such a way that the common passage for my shop is blocked completely.
Kindly help me out with legal rules relating to it and how can I ensure that this practice is discontinued by the other shopkeeper.
Please help me out. I am a student and these activities are creating a lot of problem at my house. Please help

I have constructed a house in my village 5 years back,and i have a electrical service connection on my name and i have tax paid bills also for that house and the site registration document also on my name,
i do not have registration docs for that house , is it possible to register that house?

Hi everyone,
I and my sister wanted to buy a property jointly but when I approached Banks they informed me that they dont give loans to two unmarried sisters as to avoid litigation in future. Therefore by we both mutually decided to apply for loan in my name and executed an agreement in my name only and purchased a Flat. However, My sister is paying her contribution towards EMI. Now, I want her to be joint owner of the flat alongwith me so she can also get tax benefits as well as other advantages of being joint co-owner. My query is_
1. which document may I execute with my sister and get it registered?
2.As the property is mortgaged with bank is it legal to execute any such document?
3. If so,will be she entitled to get tax benefits as I am getting from same property?
4. Add your suggestions if any.

I had got into a partnership with some1 in 2011...i had given the bank my residential property as a collateral...bt i was cheated and was made a non executive director instead of the promised shareholding and remuneration...i had written to the bank several times to close the facilities in these 5 yrs bt the manager was hand in glove with the opp party..nw the acc has been nw declared NPA n the matter is in the drt...please suggest solutions to act upon to safegaurd my property and put this person behind bars for fraud.. thank you

LW 1 issued BW by Additional CMM
Dear Experts.
My wife ( Now ex - wife) filed 498 A case in 2012 against me and my family.
Now the case is in TRIAL part.
On Feb 4th , 2016 Hon'ble Judge issued BW to LW 1(ex wife ) because she is not attending court and like vice versa still she has not attending the court on adjournment dates Feb 20 , March 20.
Yesterday after March 20th adjournment that is on 20th April. LW 2 ( Mother of my ex wife) came to court and submitted that she is met with accident.
Hon'ble Judge adjourned the matters to 25th May , 2016. which is creating me a frustration.
I would like to know , that how can I bring the case back by the next week such that TRIAL part should get commence by next week. I want to make this process speed up.
Please advice me , what kind of petition does should I produce in front of judge by Monday such that My case will start up on Monday.
