On Bride's demand my cousin decided to live separate with her.
So I want to know that if , here my aunt disconnect all her relation from her son and daughter-in - law and even evict her son from property.
Will this going to protect rest of the family members from 498a in future.?
We don't want to give them any reason.
we want to be on a safer side.
Please suggest me should I call lawyer and start working on this?

Hi Experts,
I am happily married since 21 jan 2014 and now living in kalyan taluka of thane district.my marriage took place in my native place i.e madhya pradesh.
now i want to register my marriage after 2 yrs in the place where i am currently residing i.e. in KALYAN,THANE(MH) and want to attain marriage certificate.
my query: is it possible to register marriage with marriage officer/KDMC(municipal corporation of kalyan) which took place outside jurisdiction of marriage officer ? if yes what are the documents required and procedure will be?
Note: I went to ward office of KDMC as they provide marriage certificates but they said it is not possible to register your marriage with us as your marriage took place outside maharashtra and you do not hold marriage card
I request all experts to help me in this scenario.

When a there was an agreement between two parties to sell a property on certain amount and before the execution of sales deed certain part of amount is paid off to the vendor by the buyer and after the property has been sold to the buyer and the title is been vested into the buyer, the buyer wilfully denies or doesnt answer to make the other part of the payment which is outstanding on his side.
In this case what remedy buyer has to claim the other outstanding part of the amount, can he call for cancellation of the registration or how can he recover his amount.

hi everyone today i am here to get a solution to my life. i love a boy since 2011. we married each other in 2011 without having any proper proofs.from 2012 we started staying in single house. last one month back he went to his parents home and is not coming back. purposely he started telling that mother condition was not good as he told them our love matter but that was fake. now i understood that he is not willing to come back at all.their parents does to agree to our marriage.as there are no proofs he now lying that he did it marry me.
i cannot live without that boy .please tell me a legal solution so that he come back to me

Two years passed after marriage wife is less interested in daily family/ domestic jobs. she is continuing her education as per pre-marriage agreement.Wife also agreed to do minimum daily family job.She cannot keep her word.If she is reminded , she confess her wrong.Daily she is called for breakfast, lunch , dinner , tea etc. by her aged mother-in-law who does every thing of the family, cooking to washing . She stays upstair.Husband and wife both love each other.But husband is mentally socked for mother's over burden jobs.If he tells to assist his mother for a little job, she does but she cannot accept it mentally. She tells , it hampers her reading.After daily unrest she gives word to do a little job of the family but she forgets after one/ two days.She has no minimum scheduled family job since two years.Due to this , always a long lasting unrest exists in the family.It was reported to her parents who say , gradually she will do every thing as per her capacity after her education , why we are disturbing her.Now we all are in fear , if she is less interested in her duties to family even after her education and for daily verbal unrest created in the family / by other family members ( total four members, husband,wife,mother and father-in-law (both Sr. Citizens)) if she happens any unexpected incident . Please advise what should other family members do in this situation to save from legal harassment in advance without knowledge of others .

Adopting brother's son
Hi,
My brother has a son, I dont have a son. now that only one son is there in my complete family I want to adopt my brother son. My brother and my self will be spending half half amount towards his growth in son's life. I will be giving my property share as well to him. how to bind legally that My brother's son is for both my brother and my self. what is the legal document that we can prepare for adopting. Son will be under both of them.
