Hi sir/Madam,
I am from Kerala state. My question: father's property (Father expired 7 years back)partition related. We are a family of 2 sons, 1 daughter and Mother. (4 members)
1 son and 1 daughter and mother wish the partition of father's property now. But 1 son not agreeing and not interested for partition. He says, he will only agree for partition after mothers life.
This made us very difficult situation. Out of 4 members , 1 member is not allowing the partition. Mother also wish to get her part, she can use her property for her treatment.
1. What is the solution to get Partition for Fathers property.
any rule, which support.?
How long time it will take, if we move through Court? and what are the procedures?
Please help.

Our ancentral property is in thane west and currently the 7/12 extract is in name of my grandfather and his uncles wife and his 3 daughters. .but the property was verbally divided into half but not on paper ..now my question is how we can develop my grandfather's 50% share as his uncles wife and daughters are not interested at all .how we can apply for subdivision and how much time will it take

I m nasim anwar, i want to know that i m facing trail in the matter of state vs nadim & othrs. Case details is my brother nadim loves a girl , the girl eloped my brother then the family of girl lodge fir against my brothers and me with the sec. 376, 34 ipc. Me and my brother detained and sent to jail, we got bail, thete is no body unloved in rape its only love matter, now we are on bail, no charge frame yet. Sir can i get the govrnment job luke sbi bank, po, ibps bank or railway, ssc, because we all are innocent and it was only a love matter.

3. challenge at ST

im manoj im from jaisalmer im sun of late mr. bhikchand who was working for MES for center government
and he passed away in 2013
and naw im applying for a work there but i don,t get any replay from MES
in my house we do not have some who have job we are three brother and all are unimpolyed and my mother is not able to do job so for my famaliy we need that job there is other people get the job but we don,t what we do
need your advise
please help us out in this
