In Goods Transport Agency from 01.04.2016 an abatment has been further reduced to 60 for the specified services of transport of used household goods. I want to know what does this household goods signify and to which type of business sector this will be applicable.
I had previously sold my flat duly registered sale agreement in 2008 and the party could not make the payment and went absconding so I filled a suit in court for cancellation of the agreement and in 2014 I got the order from court by paying court stamp fee of 13300 of cancellation of the agreement and now I have sold the same flat to other party and he want a loan and now his bank is not accepting the court order and asking for cancellation deed duly registered now what should I do to overcome this problem
My husband after a big fight left the house at his own will two months back, after which he got an email written from the landlord to vacate the rented house in one month and forwraded me the same. I did not pay heed to it and continued staying there with my 2 year old son.some days back my husband along with a police constable came home and threatened me to vacate the house without any court order. The police constable said the landlord had sent the police to ask me to leave.
I have filed a complaint under 498a but no action has been taken yet.
I am also getting calls from some landlords lawyer who says if i wish to continue staying in the property i must pay rent and renew agreement on my name else they will take legal action. I do not have the money to pay rent as for last 3 months my husband has not given a single penny even towards sons expenses and am managing all expenses from my salary.
Questions:
1. can my husband be asked to pay rent for the house through any legal process, the rent agreement is in his name which expires in august?
2. The landlord has 10 months rent as deposit and hence can he keep deducting rent from that deposit amount after expiry of lease period also?
3. If the landlord files an eviction suit, on who would that be: me or my husband? and who will be asked to clear all rent dues to the landlord?
4. The landlord initially helped my husband in his motive to remove me from the house by sending false emails that he needs the property, sending police to scare me etc. Can i take any legal action on landlord and my husband?

Sir my mother's name is santosh in my birth certificate and santosh devi in my 10th certificate. So is it possible to submit an affidavit to psk office for passport completion.
My great-grandfather had possessed 63 acres of agriculture land and had 9 male children. My grandfathe(gf) had got a share of 7 acres of land and he self acquired 5 acres. Total asset of my grand father came to 12 acres and he died in 1973. My gf had 5 children out of which 2 are male and 3 are female. My moms 4th sibling. All property and khatha is in the name of eldest son of my gf. Two male sons of my gf has acquired too much wealth which amounts in hundreds of cores. They have raised to such height using gf property as base. 5 siblings of my gf are Hindu undivided family. Property is also undivided. Few portoion of property is sold and has hung up in an unregistered state by buyers. Left out property includes 5 acres of gf self acquired property and 2 acres of gf ancestral property. In the light of clarification given by Honorable Supreme Court on the amendment of HSA 2005.
How much property my mom can claim. Can she also claim property earned by her brothers as we stand still as Hindu undivided family.
If my mom legally retires from the Hindu undivided family by just getting possession of 2 acres land. Can she claim any further property in future.
Or can I(son of female sibling of my gf) claim any property asking for proper division of property including property owned by 2 male siblings of my gf.
