Besides filing case in labour court for reinstate I also filed case for recovery of damages done to me during the course of service. My query is that compensation for an illegal, irregular or excessive distress period of limitation is one year. Although after dismissal I filed the case within 2 months and defendants have taken objection that he faced distress during the year 2013 and 2014 whereas the distress continued from 2013 till 2016. Can distress be taken from 2013 to 2016 as continuity for cause of action.

MY DEFENCE WAS STRIKE OFF AND I WAS NOT GIVEN NOTICE ABOUT IT AS I AM WORKING ABROAD DESPITE I HAD HIRE LAWYER FOR ME.PART INTERIM ORDER WAS OBEYED LATER ON STOPED. MY CASE WILL NOT PROCEED DUE TO THIS DEENCE STIKE OFF AS PER OPPONENT ADVOCATE.EVEN MY ADVOCATE PUT ANOTHER CASE OF PURJURY THAT ALSO NOT BEEN HEARED.CONFUSED THIS IS EXTORTION OF MONEY LEGALY IN HMA SEC24 WHAT CAN I DO NOW.

Hello Sir, my wife expired in july 2015 in a road accident with motor cycle, accused was minor( juvenile), he flied away from the spot,bike number provided me by public on the spot, we lodged a fir against him under section 279 and 304 A IPC, two eye witness were there at the time of accident and CCTV cameras were installed also there, but camera does not show the actual photo of the accused but it is showing the hitting scene from back side, CD is reported in case file by police, but one of eyewitness does not come to court for evidence and another hostiles, so court acquitted him last month( jan 2017), what should I do, it is state versus accused and what the time for reappeal? can i appeal it individually, We have filed also a MACP case against him and insurance company and all evidence from petitioner's side has been completed, can accused take an advantage in MACP case because he has been acquitted from criminal court. plz advise. Chief Judicial Magistrate passed an order against Nagar Palika, Rishikesh to decrease the house tax from Rs.5000/- pa to Rs.330/- pa.
Nagar Palika is not following that order and not decreasing the house tax. CJM passed the order one year back.
What action shall we take now?

I was loving girl both agreed applied for marriage certificate did on 2014. This certificate we did only because of parents not accepting my love. Did certificate under special marriage (Christian) not tied thali or no ring exchange happen. But still married her for certification. After marriage she gone to her home and myself returned to my home. It's been 3years we did not live together single day also there is no any such type sexual relationship. But now both are agreed to cancel this certificate. Once contacted lawyer and Said all this asked in this case need to do divorce for this u have to provide family photos and invitation card of marriage. We don't have family pic or invitation card. Questions : 1. As we don't have any kind of relationship how to cancel this marriage certificate. 2.With out cancelling marriage certificate can marry other girl. 3. Legal steps what have to take and how long it takes as both r agreed to cancel.. Please help with an answer as soon possible.
