Refusing to issue receipt by rwa in bangalore towards maintenance

Dear Sir,
We have a Resident Welfare Association in our building which is formed by by non-owners and Owners in Bangalore. The RWA is collecting Maintenance from its members since August of last year. Their monthly collection itself is more than 1 lakh per month. I am asking official receipt from the Assn for the Maintenance charges paid by me every month thru cheque. They have denied issuing the Official receipt for me. Orally they are telling it attracts service Tax so they do not want to issue the receipt. The Assn is not registered and unofficially they have formed the assn without any bye-laws.
What is the course of action from our side ? How can we stop this black money creation in our society ? Please specify the detailed procedure of action.

Incremental arrears

Sir,

My last working day was 14-april-2017, in a private company in Andhra Pradesh.

Our salary month start from 26 to 25 in next month.

My full and final settlement is not yet done as on 27/04/2017.

Company paid incremental arrears @6% on ctc to all employees regarding Fy 16-17 along with salary of march 17 (26/04/2017). Except me.

My question is I've worked throughout FY 16-17, and up to 14th April 2017 in FY 17-18.

When I talked with my hr. He told that arrears of fy16-17 will not be paid to you and regular salary of march 17 and April 17 will be paid in final settlement which is under process.

Please suggest in view of legality. And if i'm eligible for incremental arrears of fy 16-17. Plz suggest me how to get my dues from company.

I served complete notice period as per my appointment letter

Recovery after retirement

My father was retired on 31-05-2015 from rajasthan govt services. On 20 june 2015, we received a letter from employer that you have recovery of financial year 2008-09 & 2009-10. So stop all retiral benefits.

There was no departmental proceeding, no chargesheet & no FIR in this matter received by my father in service & till retirement. All orders of recovery are directly passed by my father after 15 days of retirement.

I filed the case in RSCAT Tribunal. Tribunal has given stay on recovery order & withholding gratuity order by employer. But it has been one and half year, the employer has not filed his written statement.
Due to which, my father all retiral benefit is not released. Pension has been started and commutation has been done in Oct 2015.

Now what to do, if employer / respondent doest not file any reply in front of tribunal. Because tribunal has issued several notices from one & half year.

Now please suggest what to do for quick relief.

Limitation to challenge lease deed

My grandfather was allotted a house by L&DO in 1955. Before the lease deed was issued he died and left 2 sons.

My uncle gave required NOC and my father got mutated the property in his name. Later on the Lease Deed was issued and registered by L&DO in my father's name in 1965.

My father and my uncle both have died in 1991.

Now in 2017 the LRs of my uncle are claiming share in the property stating that they has no knowledge of mutation and lease deed.

1. Whether Lease Deed can be challanged after 52 years ?

2. Whether there is any limitation for such claims ?

3. What is the legal status of NOC given by my uncle ? Aren't his legal heirs bound by that NOC ?
