In 2011 my paternal uncle i.e., my father's brother gave 1 lakh amount to my mom. While giving he said he is giving in our combined property which is a hotel saying that its a advance to buy our share. But in documents he has written as my mother lended money from him for our studies 1 lakh @0.50% interest st per month has to cleared by 3 years. But after 3 months he said he can't give remaining amount. As my mom lended money they dedicated 2500 per month in the amount in wich they have to pay for us since they are running hotel. Its been 6 years now. As we seems to he completed the lended money we were asking documents back he is said we have to pay 1 lakh as he got that amount from. Outside at 2.5 % interest and deducted that interest only tell now. No main amount is cleared. Should i pay 1 lakh again to him? What type of legal proceedings i can go on.?

Father of my grandfather has some property. My grandfather has 2 daughters and 5 sons in which one daughter was elder then all and the other daughter is younger then all. First daughter got married before N.T.R rule came and last got married after 3 months N. T. R rule came. Do they get property share?

father of my grandfather has some property. My grandfather died and my father also died. While selling that property to one of the son of my grandfather Do only i have to sign in the document or my sister and mother also has to sign?

Does the stamp paper value depends on lending money or rate of interest or both? How much valuation stamp paper has to be bought for lending money of 100000 @0.50% intrest per month? How much amount valuation is required for lending momey of 100000 @2.50% intrest per month?

I am a Medical officer working under the state government. I had undergone post graduate studies after getting selected from all India examination but I left the course midway because the subject wasn't suited to me.i resigned after paying fines to the college and have rejoined the state service.Now i have been getting explanation call and warning from the government,while my other colleagues who were in the same category as me and had resigned too were not troubled.i had been trying to explain to the authority concerned that i am not the first one or the only one who resigned from course midway,but they try to give me unrelevant answers. What legal steps can I take up in such a situation?

Sir I'm fiting 125 crpc case in delhi, add interim order has been passed of Rs 5000 per month. Arrears are of 21 months , now I have got job details of wife and she is earning Rs 22000 per month . How can I stop or can get stay over arrears of 21 months that is Rs 105000. She already filled execution. Pl suggest how can I get stay on this money. I don't want to pay Rs 105000

Hi Sir,
i have ancestral property, after demise of my father it got devolved upon my elder brother and myself.
meanwhile without my consent my elder brother sold away this property in favour of others(X), on knowing the same i filed civil suit against both of them, and informed the same to the municipal authorities in written, as things stood thus municipal authorities in collusion with other(X) stake holders for their selfless ends accorded building plan permit to X.
whether the permission accorded during pendancy of suit is valid in law?
after proper intimation to municipal authorities their accorded building plan without taking my consent?
what is the remedy?

Hi sir.
My self mukesh from ludhiana.
My first mother has been. Expired in 1998..we are 4 brother and sister..
After that my fthr got married now she has one son from 2nd mother.
My father is govt employee in bsnl. Dept..
He is retired in last year in 30 june 2016
He get aprox 25 lacs.....
Retirmnt bbenfit...
And my father has 4 property all. Are in. 2nd mother name......
Can we have any right in Property of 2nd mother and father retirmnt benefit
As son of first mother.....

Dear Sir,
My father in law is having 3 houses under SRA Mhada scheme at Dharavi in Mumbai. He has one son & two daughters including my wife. He has given names of his son, himself & his cousin's grandson for allotment of flats under SRA mhada scheme.
In this case can my wife claim one flat before or after completion of the building project? and how?
Please advice.
